Domino's Pizza - Earl Shilton

I ordered online for collection. It took 20 mins longer than the timescale I selected and wasn't very warm. My peppers were also huge chunks rather than thin slices which meant they weren't cooked very well and my pizza looked anemic.
They did change my BBQ sauce to tomato sauce as requested. Also they do offer gluten free pizzas though the selection is very limited.

Nice calzones however dominoes is over priced easily spend 20 quid for a single person and really hungry afterwards. However the young lad after Seeing a friend get beat up. Man called the police, left the victim with a small note of his side of what he witnessed then offered A statement. Respect.

Pizza base was slightly burnt and tasted stale, very dry and extremely poor quality for the price

For the price of what their pizzas cost, this branch is awful. Have given them a few chances but even the kids can’t finish the pizzas. Pizza Express from Tesco is way better value.

Dry, hardly any cheese! No flavour. Inedible and nobody wanted to eat.Customer service left me hanging and was unhelpful and no apologies. Just repeating to take a photo and send email.

I wish I could give less than 1 star.. we were waiting 1 hour and 40 mins!!! I rang them and the person didn't bother at all.. plus the drivers by the looks of it don't read the instructions so don't bother to put any , you're just wasting your time. After 2 phone calls and all the hassle ,we finally received our nice cold pizzas. I hope our bin appreciated it. We just threw £26 in the bin because people don't do their jobs! It's just disgusting!! Do not order from them unless you like wasting money

Had two pizza on a movie night with my miss we had different pizzas , wakes up the next morning to here vomiting, in the end took her hospital. She had very bad food poisoning from here order she had to have her fluids topped up and everything!

After waiting 58mins for my order.. the delivery driver tried to give me someone else's order.. which I refused.. when I called I was told mine was given to someone else but if I wait another hour they can get it to me!! Flipping jokers!! Should be priority and make others wait! Terrible service
