Golden House

Ordered via just eat.. the food was delivered quickly and was really enjoyable. Well done for providing top quality food at a time of uncertainty. Driver kept his distance too while insuring we got our food. Will definitely be using you again.

We ordered from Golden house Chinese via just eat and will NOT be ordering again. We finally got the food 2 hours and 20 minutes after ordering!!!!! I was ringing the restaurant non stop for 40 minutes with no answer, I believe the phone was working as a couple of times when I called the phone was engaged. I would've been a lot more understanding had the restaurant contacted us to say it would be late and apologised, or even just answered the phone so we knew our food was coming!! We spent an hour talking to just eat trying to get some information and were told to ring the restaurant!!! The food that we had was average, and far less enjoyable after all the stress that came before it.

The food was not cooked properly, the chicken was pink.... it was late also. The driver hammered on my door waking my kids up, it was 10pm & the food was ordered at 8.30pm. Absolutely disgusting

We ordered via just eat and after they put off our order for the fourth time (waited just over 2 hours) we cancelled the order, they should not accept orders they can't fulfil.

Terrible service. Order 2 hours 20 mins late
No body answered phone. Eventually came. Food was cold. Terrible service. Avoid.

Disgraceful 3 & a half hour wait, got a refund from just eat as they wouldn't answer phone.

Absolutely vile
Duck with orange sauce was gloopy and stuck together
They were over 50 minutes late
Most if the food was cold
They missed off part of the order
AVOID

After 3 hours of waiting for the food I just cancelled the order.
