Worst possible service. I do not recommend them. Part of the order was missing, driver informed restaurant and promised to deliver rest, after an hour and another call, they said they packed everything and dropped the phone. That was my favourite kebab, but this is last time when I ordered from them.
P.s on their website they offer 20% discount when order min £15 but discount received was only 6%

Pizza.

Absolutely god awful delivery. Firstly meant to arrive by 1:05 and it didn’t. Then changed to 1:45 and ended up arriving at 15 past 2. They still charged me £21 for a pizza that arrived an hour later than expected and a pizza that tasted mediocre and lacked the bbq base I ordered.

Never again.

Not happy at all, ordered a milkshake and 2 1/2 pounders with cheese, got charged for it and then got 2 1/4 pounders instead and a milkshake, still hungry, expensive for the the same stuff if not better at Bedwell or someplace else. Got robbed of my money

Ordered 2 pizzas on the buy 1 get 1 free, a kids meal and cheezy chips, chose 2 different pizzas, big chef special and Hawaiian but when we received the order they sent us 2 Hawaiian pizzas, I couldn't eat this due to being allergic to pineapple. I called the store and the staff were incredibly rude, told me they wouldn't collect and change the order and the only way they would do a different pizza was if I ordered again and then hung up. Extremely unhelpful and we are extremely dissatisfied. My partner was unhappy with the pizzas as they were barely edible and the other food was barely warm, overall a complete disaster, wouldn't recommend!

couldnt give it zero stars but wanted to. worse place in stevenage, tasted like dish water and what i can imagine dog food tastes like. delivery was over 90 minutes. this place used to be nice but NOT NOW.
WE WILL NEVER EAT FROM THERE AGAIN

Food is nice but always over charged, don't give you the amount of food you ask for but charge you for it anyway.
Don't understand what you're saying so you end up with what they think you said!

it was my mums birthday and on the message i asked them to say happy birthday to her, but they went ALL OUT. they wrote happy birthday on the bag and even included a free birthday donut! these guys are brilliant. the food is delish too!

AVIOD AT ALL COST!! I ordered food at 630 for me and my daughter , 715 said it was coming, 8pm not here, called the shop 10 times went to the voicemail, finally the food comes at 815 the large kebab was cold and looked like lettuce in pitta 5 bits of chicken (£9.50) daughters popcorn chicken and chips were cold too and hardly any chips, I called up they said they'd send me a new lot and would be here in 30 mins- just before 9pm called up they said boss said not to come because order was right and to go somewhere else if we wernt happy!! Then hung up on me, honestly never had such bad customer service we have no food I threw the cold food because they'd said they were sending it and completely wasted all that time for a little treat before Christmas honestly think it's discustingtreating people like this right before Christmas!
