Having placed our order we went down to collect. The sign on the window stated only one person was allowed at a time in the shop and customers were to wait outside to be called when their order was ready. After waiting for over half and hour (considerably longer than their website stated we need to wait) I decided to go in and see if our order was ready only to find it had been ready for some time. The staff were not aware of the sign or process that had been put in place. When we finally got our order it was cold. Dominoes if you have a process in place you need to ensure all your staff are aware of it to save customers getting disgruntled!

Absolutely appalling place, regularly 90mins for delivery with no apology. I don't know why I kept using them, beyond a joke. The only pizza delivery firm here, these guys should be making a killing.

Awful service!! one guy that delivers is really good but then they have this other woman who let's you do the order online and take the payment then say they can't deliver. There is 44 houses for this postcode. Good luck in the future. You might want to remove the delivery service on your website.

Only gets one star because you can't give none! Awful service over the phone, one of us offered to go to the shop instead and she's now been gone over an hour. Possibly the most useless pizza shop in the world.

Avoid this dominoes if you can was given the wrong more expensive price in the store so had to wait outside and order on my phone to get the correct price ordered a pizza and paid more to get extra toppings and when I get it dosent even look like they put the normal amount on and considering how much their food costs this is just poor avoid if you can

Pizza was removed from bag as he left his bike, before he reached my door. Resulted in ice COLD PIZZA . Not acceptable considering the price! Clearly driver has not been trained.

I don't think I have ever had a order from here that been right I always have the same thing and they always get it wrong except on this one occasion it was right but unfortunately squished and all the cheese and toppings stuck to the top of the box. They sent me a replacement that again was wrong so given up at this point.
