Khans Peri Chicken And Pizza

Wouldn’t recommend eating from here, not sure the workers should even be allowed to use something as technical as a stove seeing as they lack basic skills to even read or answer their phone ordered two burgers plain with nothing on even left a note saying can I have no bread with the burger if possible as I only wanted the chicken breast but instead received two burgers covered in sauce and salad?

I missed the soft drink the hamburger was horrible.......

Got sent the wrong order. Phoned immediately to sort out where we were told they would send us the correct order.

Still not received an hour later. So rang again to speak to another person who said the manager was outside so couldn’t sort out:

They had no intention of sending more food!

Complete waste of time!

Ordered food and paid when I ordered. When the food was ready they charged me again for the food even though I told them I had already paid. Phoned them the next day to explain I’d been double charged and they didn’t care. They were not interested sorting their mistake. I think they knew exactly what they were doing. Will be writing a email to trading standards on Monday AM. Food was decent though.

Ordered food from there on a family occasion just to try something new and they were completely missing a pitta and had also given us wings in an inedible condition. (Check photo). We called up regarding our missing item and the state of the wings and the place just didn't want to admit that they hadn't given us our pitta and just hung up on us this was VERY disrespectful and not professional we also told them that the wings are simply not enough since and didn't even add up to 10 but they kept saying that it's not their fault for giving us food in that condition. I'm really upset as I have paid full price and didn't receive what I fully paid for. The food wasnt even good either.

So for a start, JUST EAT are useless and messed up my order... But the guy explained I could cancel my order.. as I didn't know how to do it at that point and I had no money, he gave me free chicken, must have been worth £5 to him at least. When i got home my gf canceled it for me. Top bloke and the chicken was really tasty, will definitely come back, but will make sure I use cash instead of just eat.

OK so trading practices are very dodgy. After a night out with friends we went to get something to eat. I was driving so don't drink although they assumed I was drunk. We wanted a meal with the boneless chicken breast they charged us for 3 pieces of chicken and small chips £16!!! In kfc it is cheaper... Even in London it is cheaper! However after looking at the menu the chicken chips and drinks cost £4.99 so why charge us £16 for one piece a d chips it makes no sense no staff member could justify it when we held them to account for it. They overcharged us by £1.03p and did not plan to give us drinks or anything. For a Muslim business I would expect greater respect like in Dubai. The reason I did not rate 1 star for trying to cheat us is that the chicken was good quality and did taste nice. Otherwise I find this very disrespectful and very rude for them to take advantage of people who are actually drunk they might try and charge them £10 for a piece of chicken and chips. When we did confront them they knew we were not drunk and could not justify the extra charge.

In all the time I use them never had an issue until tonight.... ordered food was told 30 mins for delievery... turned up an hour later the bag was soaked from grease where its obviously been sat in the shop for a while... Food was freezing cold burger was thrown together and I got charged £10 for a double peri meal... 0.8 miles delievery distance so was charged £3 not once was this mentioned on the phone when ordering... I'm off to get something edible else where... wouldn't of even gave the chips to the dog
