We were told delivery would be 25 minutes. We rang after 1hour to be told the food was on its way, which was a lie. The food arrived 1hr40m after we ordered. When we rang up to ask what had happened, the man was very rude & hung up the phone. Looking at other reviews, this seems like a regular occurrence. They got 2 items from our order incorrect (sending completely the wrong starter & desert) & the chips were cold & tasted like cardboard. Nando’s anyone?

Don't bother ordering a delivery! Gave this place a second chance but again food took 1hour 10 minutes. Was told driver had left but 25 mins later not arrived.. journey should take 15 minutes at most. Coleslaw was missing and chips were like cardboard. Very disappointing.

Eat here 2 to 3 times a week so much so i get my £15 voucher every couple of weeks via uber eats. Same dish thw platter. Chicken is delicious and well cooked and the onion rings are really nice and crunchy too. Would highly recommend.

I had a peri burger meal and the fillet had a massive bone in it, after Kindly asking for it to be replaced they told me 2 minutes I waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they don’t replace because of bones and I won’t receive a refund.. and from the start the staff was rude!! They don’t care about keeping customers happy their care about their pocket!! Not another penny going into that business

I’m not 1 to rate places but OMG this was amazing! We ordered at a friends house we stayed round as we live nowhere near here but it was amazing!

Ordered food on Just Eat for 12:55, confirmed time was 13:05. Call came an hour after the original requested time to say they were 'busy'.
The caller was unhelpful, rude, and didn't listen to me. Said he would be another half an hour, this would have interrupted an important work meeting. He said I could have the delivery in the evening instead of lunch time as an alternative. I said I wanted the food for my lunch, and we agreed it would arrive at 14:30, or before. The delivery status said it was delivered at 14:30. It hadn't been. My video doorbell certainly didn't pick anything up.
I was still waiting, food now nearly 2 hours late! Called the restaurant and they told me to wait a few more minutes for it to arrive!?! Then said it hadn't even been prepared yet, and would be another 20 minutes if they left immediately! I asked them to send me the food.
Then he told me he wouldn't give me a refund and wouldn't send any food after spending half the call talking over me, not listening when I asked him to send the food, over 5 times. How rude!!!
If they called earlier I could have made other arrangements instead of leaving it until the food was already over half an hour late (and then some).
Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a takeaway shop.

Called multiple times for my delivery and they told me it’s coming it’s more than an hour and a half late and they apparently couldn’t get ahold of their driver and they just put the phone down on me.
Do not recommend as they don’t have any respect for customers

I've ordered from here a few times - the food is nice but the service is absolutely horrendous. I've had incorrect orders delivered, and food is always late when it's delivered.
I've recently ordered - After my food was 15 minutes late I called them and they told me that my order was on its way. 15 minutes later, I asked for an update and they told me it's on its way and will be 5 minutes. 15 minutes after that they put the delivery driver on the line and he tells me he's collected the food 5 minutes ago... Half an hour after I was told it was on the way. After the call we finally get a notification that the food is on its way... And it never arrived and the restaurant confirmed it hasn't even been cooked yet.
Poor service and totally unaccountable behaviour with no apologies and nothing but excuses. I normally have nothing but patience when it comes to hospitality but only when it's deserved - lying to customers isn't a great start.
TL;DR Don't bother, go somewhere else - service is awful.
