HK Diner

Food is nice tried different meals, price is ok, the thing that let's it down is dilvery time each time I've order I've had to phone to see where it is, and that's not just on weekend

I ordered food at 17.30 was told 19.10 before I receive order, the time had went rang up to be told my order was on the way, over an hour later before my food eventually arrived, item missed they said they can send item out but I won't get it for 45 minutes. I got a Refund from just eat for the missing item.
I have ordered from hk diner before and it had been great but on this occasion it let itself down.

Ordered on just eats. Said 35 min wait. 2 hours later we phoned to see where it was. Said was on way. Longer wait. Son was getting tired waiting up so went to bed. Phoned to cancel. The woman on the phone was rude and disgusting. Phoned just eat for refund and they said hk diner had said complete order meaning it had been sent out and we had it. Phoned hk diner back the woman was aweful disgraceful behaviour down the phone and refused a refund. So no food and no money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Rice and curry were okay but the salt and pepper chicken was basically inedible - overcooked to the point you couldn’t bite into it and tasted like cardboard. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

I waited two hours for delivery when it finally arrived it was wrong will never use again the food we received was bland and was not that hot

Best delivered takeout we have had in a long time. Quick delivery. Huge portions delicious food. Thanks guys for a first class dining experience 🤙

I orderd 2 salt and pepper boxes i seperated the chips from the boxes its disgusting how they think people won't complain its appalling how many chips they give and charge you for..after calling to speak to them they don't even want to help resolve ...can't return it because they don't except cash not worth the money you spend and even charge for delivery after spending over £30 i highly "DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL THEY RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME!!!🤗

I ordered Chicken, Cashew Nuts, and Rice to be delivered.
The chicken was slimy, and the bulk of the order was made up of massive slices of onion.
An absolute travesty of a meal that went straight into the bin.
