Domino's Pizza - Basingstoke - Brighton Hill

I’ve ordered pizza from here a few times using the app and home delivery service. It works really well and my review is based on a number of orders over the last few years. Sometimes you get a driver who can’t find your address but the food still arrives hot. For ease of ordering and excellent vegetarian food options it gets 5 stars from me.

Efficient and friendly place. Took our order with a smile and enthusiasm. Generally a good atmosphere in there between customers and employees. Beyond fast too. Seemed like we had only just paid and put our order in and it was all ready.

Never answer the phone, so when I called to say I’ve receive the wrong order (Giving meat feast with bacon, which which is against my dietary needs and very far off from the cheese pizza I ordered). It left me throwing my dinner away, and having to reorder.

I ordered 80 pizzas (yes 80!!) for a company event and the service was just amazing. The guys arrived 20 mins early as they didn't want to be late! I thought this was just great. They also had to wait around for me for a little while as the meeting was still going on. Absolutely great service and pizzas. Thanks!

Can’t fault, never had an issue! Usually order for work colleagues and have never let us down. Always been delivered at the time requested and never had a wrong or faulty order. Will continue to use going forwards.

I called up to place a large order as the website wasn't working and kept freezing whenever I went to pay. After going through 8 pizza and a lot of amendments, dips and sides, which took over 20 mins because after every change it took a while of clicking in the background before I could continue, and at times the person taking the order would just start talking to someone else in the background. After finally finishing the order relay, I asked about the discount and waited for them to search for it. The total amount didn't match what I had online so I asked them to repeat the order back to me. When (a different person) did, the last 3 pizzas I had ordered weren't even on there so I had repeat them to get them on there. Then I had issues with the price so the manager came in the phone and told me they don't accept online discounts in store even if the website is broken. He wasn't aware of any card limit despite working there for a very long time as he said. Turns out the discount of getting 50% off when you spend over £100 doesn't work as there is a £75 card limit. We phoned the Chineham site and they were also aware of the issue. Although they were much more helpful and found a work around with getting the pizzas half price and a separate discount on the sides and the person also made me aware after I asked that there is a way to complain about the broken discount on the website, which was much better than the dismissive response I got from Brighton Hill.
