Best Kebab And Pizza House

20 minutes late, asked for salad to be in separate pot to the kebab meat as my partner has allergies and sauce to be on chips as well as meat, all of which was ignored. Called them straight away when it arrived with salad all over the meat. Guy on the call said well I don't know what to say about that
Just so we haven't completely lost our money my partner has now had to drive to them to take all of our order back in hope they will remake it. No offer of resolution from them over the phone
Once there they've tried to just put sauce on the chips and give them back (which had now been cooked over 45 minutes ago) so had to correct them in order to get a fresh batch. Clearly none of them are even remotely bothered about customer service

Hot wings was hot outside but the inside was icy, not cooked properly. Bad customer service as the order was not taken properly either. Very stingy about the fork and tissues. Are we supposed to eat the meat and chips by our hands?

Never again!! Just had lamb shish take out. Overcooked & dry! Totally unacceptable as cooked fresh. If they can’t get a fresh kebab right then can’t get anything right. Will never use again. RUBBISH

Don’t order from “best pizza and kebab house”

Not one to complain but when I order Kebab I at least expect it to be the right bloody meat in the box. I get the fact of when they put onions on it when I’ve requested none but the whole wrong kebab.they told me I ordered it wrong and when I read them my receipt they then go on to tell me I can have that next time. And there driver is too busy. They can’t refund me we have to go through just eat. Great customer service… Not

The chicken was cold and poorly cooked and salad was limp sour and bitter (normally a sign of bad keeping and out of date) the chips wasn’t cooked , along with not getting my pitta and was in a pool of oil and fat . I have reported it and avoid this shop if you don’t want to get ill

Gave me the wrong order I ordered a small kebab ended up with a plain chicken burger and chips that was dry and bland. the chips were soggy and bendy they where definitely microwaved old chips. Don’t waste your money here the food is bad

Food is awful always wrong never on time and THE MOST rudest and miserable delivery driver
Virtually throws the food at you

That's the 3rd time ordering from this shop stay clear food cold all 3 times and drivers not great aswell will never use again
