Domino's Pizza - Tunbridge Wells

A very efficient store with nice staff and always seems to be clean. When ever I've ordered from them the delivery drivers have always been quick and the drivers are nice; more than willing to break into a conversation.

Domino's, the only place open on Tuesday night at 11pm when the snow hit us. Thank you guys for great food and keeping spirits up with pizza.

Crooks. Misleading delivery times, and lied about a refund. Quoted 25 - 35 minutes for delivery. Over 1 hour 15 later I called to ask for the whereabouts of my pizza. They said it would be another 10 minutes. I asked to cancel and get a refund, they said that would be absolutely fine and that they would send a confirmation of this. I never received the confirmation, I never received the refund, and I also never received the pizza. Needless to say, I'm not happy.

Food arrived really fast. Unfortunately though both myself and my partner were then ill all weekend, it was confirmed today we had …SALMONELLA…poisoning likely from the chicken wings. Rang the shop to let them know hoping they would look into it but was met with a defensive rude response from the manager saying he checks fridge temps himself and the chicken is pre cooked. No concern for our illness and not really very educated in that you can still catch salmonella from badly re heated chicken which looks like this is the case. We hadn’t eaten anything else that day hence ordering a take away after a long day so it is certainly from them.
And I wasn’t going to leave a review as such but due to this bad customer service afterwards and the un-willingness to look into it I feel I must warn other people.
Don’t eat here if you don’t want to be ill all weekend afterwards.
They don’t care about your health.
Will be informing relevant authorities also now so maybe they will look into it instead…

Good place and usually have good pizza! i always order a vegan margarita but today there was a piece of meat on the crust and the crush was crumbling which it had never done in the past

didn’t even get my food driver delivered to the wrong house and told them to keep it after i’d called to let them know it was the wrong address i was told by the manager he don’t care he’s not remaking it and no refund i am fuming to say the least on a £50 order

Really poor from the company not to take cash, nothing on the door to say card only. If customers want to pay cash then they should very poor indeed. Nothing on the website either

Very consistent quality - I don't remember ever being let down and I am a regular customer.
