19th July @ 18:51 pizza ordered 19:50 app says delivered 20:45 pizza still not arrived so drove to the store to find out where it had gone? Been informed it was delivered and that they could only offer a refund. Would take 2 days. 22nd July no refund received, so called store, didn't care and just said it would take another couple of days. 25th July drove to store again as still no refund received, not bothered and was just told it will take another couple of days 27th July called store to ask where refund was and was told it had been accepted after a week and was only just processing so would take a couple of days until I received it. Roll on 29th July still no refund drive to the shop again to ask when they will eventually refund me for the pizza I didn't recieve? Fobbed off again with a response of it will be paid in a couple of days..... Back in store again to ask where this refund was on 3rd of August 2 weeks after originally asking for the refund.... not bothered didn't care and just told it will still take a couple of days!!!! Was getting a little frustrated now as waiting, visiting the store and calling up to ask about it wasn't working. 4th August called to ask why it was taking so long and was told it was with head office and they were the ones holding up the refund so I had to call then. 4th August called head office to find out more information, they knew nothing about it (another lie from the store, what a surprise....) head office did at leave respond with a email to say the are looking into it and will contact the franchise manager and see why it hasn't been paid and will contact me withing 5 days.... 11th August... not quite sure what to do now as been over 3 weeks waiting for my refund, several visits to the store, phone calls etc so out of pocket a lot more now than just for the invisible pizza that was delivered and unsurprisingly was not very fulfilling! Still no refund, no response from anyone and will no go back until its been resolved.
Shame really as up until recently was by far the best pizza in the area, now has turned into a a shower of excrement.

Pizza ordered just after 8pm. App says delivery was 60mins approx. At 10pm, app says “delivered”.
I did not receive pizza. I drove to the store and the manager said “the app isn’t up to date as we’re very busy. I will make your order now”!!!!
I received pizza at 10.28pm without a refund or compensation. Not even for the delivery fee that’s I had paid, having just picked up the order myself!!
I appreciate the staff are working hard, but the app should have been shut off rather than misleading people.
I will no longer be placing a order for delivery.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. Quick service. Hot fast food. Lovely classic dominos. My brother accidentally ordered to the wrong dominos restaurant and they helped solve the problem so quickly. Great!

10/10 speedy delivery. 10/10 pizza best we ever had. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else. Staff are excellent

Unable to order a dairy free option online, called up to the store and explicitly said multiple there is a dairy allergy. The pizza arrived with regular cheese and stuffed crust. Basic food and safety hygiene was completely missed and could have killed one of the consumers. They remade the order and collected the previous one.
Overall very disappointing.

Ordered the family pizza for a treat. Expensive even with the 50% off voucher and hair on 2 of the 4 pizzas ordered!! Don't think we will eat from here again. I would not recommend!

Advertising 9.5' pizza for £8 BUT you have to go through the DEALS section otherwise they rip you off at £14.99 as they did with us! £32 incl delivery for 2 x 9.5 inch pizza! Wouldn't even consider refunding half of it. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING in these times. Will NEVER order from this shop again.
