Domino's Pizza - London - Islington Green

I don't normally post reviews on this. I just ordered a pizza from here. Apparently, I did not put in my Address in my order, but my order was processed.

I gave my Address on the phone, I repeated the post code and address twice. The Chef, called me telling me that my pizza is outside, I see no delivery driver. Apparently when I called the Chef over the phone I did not give them the right address, when I clearly repeated the address twice. So its the customers fault?

I asked again, if I don't get my food, you will get a bad review, the chef repeated to me, you will get a refund.

Now, if I don't receive my refund within 5 working days, I will post an updated review with my bank statement, as proof that I did not receive my refund. The choice is yours, very best of luck!

Avoid this Place at all costs. Manager is SO rude! Sent the wrong order and a car crash folded pizza plus other items missing. Phoned to complain and told they will replace the folded pizza. Had to wait another hour! Phoned to complain again and ‘’manager’’ literallycould not be bothered or cared. His customer service skills are awful. When we eventually got the replacement pizza the driver said his manger wants the car crash pizza back! (It was in the bin).
Only order from here if you want cold, awful incorrect food overseen by a person you doesn’t care less but wants to shout at you when you phone to complain.
Dominos needs to sort out certain staff here!

Good food, staff are polite and friendly. Gluten free pizza was really good, chicken wings are good. Ordered from here a few times now and not had any problems.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

I ordered my food and they gave me different items.

I called to ask for clarification and the two indian guy and lady hang up on me twice saying they were closed and that there was nothing they could do for my order EXTREMELY RUDE !!! I’m definitely taking this further

Italian base can’t be bate

Very poor customer service, no staff to answer front desk when picking up the pizza after i was told the pizza was ready to collect. When eating the pizza, found a huge clump of hair baked into the dough. When this was confirmed to the manager of the shop, he offered us a replacement pizza, but didn't give the impression that he cared. Issuing no apology or attempt to provide a refund. Very very poor, dont recommend. Go independent pizza shops, they aren't that much more expensive and will care a great deal more.

I ordered a Large pizza but it looked like Medium, plus topping was all over the place l, it looks like they added the topping after it coming out from the oven.
