Domino's Pizza - London - Hoxton

I made the order of two small pizzas,when I received one was even smaller than 9,5'' ,another one I took the options create my own toppings(ham,pepperoni,mushrooms,tomatoes) instead of that I received (ham,pepperoni ,four mushrooms,and Sweetcorn) I didn't ask the sweetcorn because another person is allergic for that. Very disappointed... Prices are high and the quality should be better.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Coleslaw had sour/off taste, chicken was drowning in orange oil, even the pizza somehow tasted off, spent almost £40 worth and when I called to politely complain and request a refund was told that it would take up to 28 days for me to get the refund as apparently permission has to be requested from head office. Was then told that the driver would be coming to collect the food and Manager was pushy about whether food had been eaten at all - Well obviously the food was eaten a bit otherwise how would I know it was poor??? Manager is unbelievable, in the end I told him to forget the refund and said I would never use their service again.

My friend and I ordered delivery from this dominos and they put hardly any cheese on my pizza - about 3 slices had no cheese on them at all.

I called up to ask them to send me a new pizza as this one was bottom barrel and not worth £20. (Not even worth £3 to be honest).

They told me not to eat any of the pizza they sent me initially because if I did they wouldn’t send me a new one and they needed to come and collect the rubbish pizza before giving me a new pizza, even though they would be throwing the pizza away.

I had to wait about 1.5 hours in total when I was already hungry and my friend and I didn’t get to eat together after she’d travelled over an hour to see me that day.

Her pizza was also rubbish, very stingy with the toppings but we hadn’t eaten the whole day and she was hungry so didn’t want to wait.

Customer service is absolutely awful - the worst fast food place in Hoxton and definitely the worst Dominos in Hackney, food was rubbish and FAR too expensive for what they give you.

£20 for a cheeseless pizza and hardly any toppings.

Rude drivers and workers at the store refused to deliver pizza to my door despite me explaining that I cannot come down 3 flights of stairs because I have 2 young children when called the store I was told well you shouldn’t order from domino’s then. Then when I challenged him he said I was being rude and shouting despite not once raising my voice

Dont order from hoxton they have really bad sevice refused to come to the second floor with a pizza keep saying he need a lift and belling my buzzer and acting agressive never ordering from there agian

My food was missing, I called multiple times and the phone kept disconnecting

The worst customer service and the worst pizza I ever had in my life. The Tesco £1 pizza is better than the one I had tonight and the employees and specially the manager gave the worst customer service and when I called to explain the manager said this is how we treat everyone, which means Dominos is degrading his quality by hiring such employees. The worst experience ever had in Dominos never expected such behaviour and degraded pizza. I’ve to throw the rubbish pizza.

Lady at the till was so rude. She was definitely not happy working there. She took the order and said go outside and wait with very grumpy face and when i went back in to check if pizza was ready, she rudely said that pizza was ready long ago and i told you to. Come back in 10 minutes, but she didn't. Don't come to work if you don't like working. It's better to stay home than ruining someone's day.
