Food amazing! Ordered a couple of times now and haven't waited less than 2hours 20 mins for delivery. The food itself was really good when it arrived unfortunately though takes a while to arrive. Once this is sorted would be perfect

After an hour and a half wait our food came and the donuts weren't the same as we had them before. They were deflated and hadn't risen. We rang the restaurant to complain about the quality of the food and were asked to send a picture of the donuts. After sending the picture below she told us she would refund our order. It has been 16 days since that then and after several attempts to contact and get the refund we were promised we have had no success and have been turned away with excuses multiple times. She has said it is a problem for barrow eats to deal with and said she has messaged them but when we asked for an update she has completely ignored us. We even went into the shop to try to speak to her but were greeted by a very rude teenage boy who seemed to want nothing to do with it. Food is obviously not quality checked before being sent out and the takeaway was a dive inside. £23 spend on a few lack luster cheesecakes and donuts that look like onion rings. Save your money and don't support such horrible lying businesses.

Definitely not going to recommend. Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for a burger, chips and a milkshake. The food was stone cold as they had no driver tonight. The burger came with no sauce or salad despite paying for it. The lady that brought it just ran away shouting "sorry its late, I had to deliver myself". Overall a terrible first experience. Will not be going back.

Ordered at 8.30, some of the food ordered didn't arrive until 10.30. The rest of the food didn't arrive until 11.30. Hotdogs that arrived first were cold (the milkshakes were quite nice), the dessert arrived an hour later and was cold. Rang to ask for a refund but was told I could only have a refund for the dessert. 3 hours is not an acceptable amount of time to fulfill an order. I wont be ordering from here again

Been over 2 hours and still no food. Called restaurant and "It's out with the driver" and they have no clue when it will get here. Ordered because had great service last time, food was great and came early, husband has to be at work in 10 minutes and still haven't eaten. Almost half an hour late.

AVOID! I wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering from here. If the food was decent, it would have made the 2 hour wait almost worthwhile, but I can't even say that. Trash food, and the order wasn't even correct when it did eventually arrive. Part of me is wondering if some of the food got taken while it was sat on the doorstep, after the the delivery driver had a game of knockadoor run.
The only positive here is the dogs are now well fed. It seems this food ranks somewhere between Pedigree and Wagg.

Food cold, Half a tray of Donner meat for £4.50, Missing 3 of 6 items on the Order, Hour and an Half for delivery on food that takes less than 10 minutes to cook, for an order at £25 you'd expect them to realise that half the order was missing when we got given a half bag of food that wasn't even edible.

I was also told the rest of my food was going to be on the next delivery at 8:45pm, 45 minutes later (9:30pm) I called back only to be told another 20 minutes wait or a £2.10 refund for items that don't add up to £2.10.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER, it's not worth your TIME or your MONEY.

The food is good, but at least an hour later than expected. The app said it would be 45 minutes, and the estimated delivery time didn't update to show any delays. Was sat on the sofa thinking "any moment now" for an hour, with no explanation. Order at lunch time to be ready for dinner.
