I order from shakeeys always very late in the night after I’ve finished work and I know how It feels to get an order minutes before closing and they’re still extremely friendly which is very rare to come by😂😅. This place never disappoints even during peak hours.
Their chicken strippers combined with the masala sauce n fries is absolutely gorgeous 🔥🔥.
Always very friendly staff and very good customer service. Every time I order they ring up to let me know when my food is going out for delivery and always let me know if there’s any issues and always over compensate if such occasion arises.

Just ordered a large mixed meat kebab from shakeys just! Outstanding, the delivery was very fast and efficient, the food itself is amazing I'm still currently eating as I'm typing! Had to come on here and shout their praises. Everything was quick and easy. And damn their food is fantastic Would highly recommend to all friends and family and will be doing so! Well done Mr Shakeey

Worst restaurant in Worcester when it's comes to delivery food. Order came wrong, all the items missing, so basically I paid 20 quid to have 7 pieces of wings. Really really not good enough. Do not recommend at all.

Avoid!! If you like ordering and being called to say you cannot have a small but can have a larger at circa 50% more this is the place for you!! Everyone has to love a good bait and switch right??

1st and last experience with these rip off merchants was to order a Kebab and a drink only to be told I needed to pay an extra £10 to get a 1l bottle of spirit over a 700ml bottle??

They cancel orders on app's such as Uber Eats saying you called to cancle despite not contact in order to make it look like they are not in the wrong, so be ware!!

This place is an absolute joke wait nearly a hour for food, only for them to say the order has been cancelled, after being at work all day. And then when I spoke to them they said they tried to ring. no missed call and had the phone by me whole time and then miss out on ordering anywhere else. This is not on and from personal experience I know the food is not very nice here, only ordered due to the time. Will never be ordering from here again. this is the worst place in worcester for food and has the worst customer service.

My favourite takeaway place in worcester. Best burger and chips in the city. Apart from that they also do cookie doughs and milkshakes which would more than just satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth. Exquisite stuff at a very reasonable price.

Food didn't turn up, we phoned them multiple times for them to eventually pick up to say "sorry we're too busy we can't here you bye" great service thanks. Won't be buying from here and I'd recommend not buying from here
