Unhygienic place - dirty! The man who came to serve me was wearing a red t-shirt that has not been washed or dip in water for the longest time. I was so glad that they did not had what I wanted.

I rang to speak to the manager and whomever came on the phone was unprofessional, rude and has no clue about food safety and hygiene. He told me you have no authority to speak to me anyhow.

Go to this place at your own risks. I have done food safety and hygiene and I work as a private chef. I would not allowed these people to cook for my dogs.

Delivery driver really polite and if Arnold Schwarzenegger had a chicken shop it would be RJ's the pieces are massive, wings are good could be a little more spicy but that's due to preference. The fries are different to most placeses they taste more potatoey if that makes sense and are thicker. This is my replacement to KFC as KFC standards are not what they used to be. Reasonably priced considering how big the portions are. I rate it 8/10.

My Friend went today and the chicken was raw! When we went to ask for a refund and to sort it out we were told “all chicken looks like that” and that it was “frozen” which was why it was pink. Upon further questioning we were told to leave and it was another worker that came over took the chicken away and gave a refund! Not worth going there!

Food was pretty good, although after reading recent reviews I think I'll be avoiding regardless! Chips weren't as nice as usual. And we're quite cold. Everything else was pretty good. So disappointed to hear about raw chicken 😬

I am disgusted with this place! It is right next to my college so is an easy and quick place to go for our lunch break but recently around 5 of my peers have got food poisoning so as a college we have been avoiding it. However today someone decided to go and received this raw piece of chicken!!!! This is clearly raw and can make someone ill so we went back to the shop to complain. Of course we were polite because we didn’t want to create an issue but we were met with an awful man who was incredibly rude and had a disgusting attitude. He said that all chicken looks like that!?! Babe if that’s what you think chicken looks like you shouldn’t be working in a chicken shop. He refused to do anything about it and shouted for us to get out. Thankfully another staff member was smart enough to see that this wasn’t right at all and issued a refund. I suppose this was a decent thing to do but never ever again will I be buying from here and I encourage all of you to make the same decision if you want to avoid food poisoning and awful attitudes from unprofessional men!

The smelly sweaty man making the inedible greasy food used his mouldy hands handling the food, Disgusting. Dripping in sweat and rubbing his hands on his nose and then touching the food. DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL PLACE

Eat here at your own risk, saw the chicken being dried with a HAIRDRYER. My 4 of my friends got food poisoning from eating here. My friends chicken was PINK with BLOOD they had to go back to show the shop how bad it was because raw chicken is so dangerous and the workers said ‘this is how normal chicken looks’ which is extremely concerning in itself…
