Domino's Pizza - Horsham - Southwater

Terrible experience with dominoes tonight ordered pizzas and when we opened them at home there was next to no cheese on some of them and pretty sure no cheese on the others. Called to inform them that they were not as should be they said we needed to take them down there for them to decide if they were adequate or not. Took them down there and was told one was not acceptable and the others were half acceptable. We did get fresh pizzas because we asked for them but there was no apology for the state of the first lot of pizzas or the fact we had to go back to them to decide whether they were adequate or not!

THE worst Domino's I have ever had the misfortune to pay too much for. CHEESE should be on evey pizza Yes..??? NO cheese..Not cut.. Really poor. Worst Ever. Absolutely furious. We all live in rural communities round here Folk..chose another Dominos if there's one close to you OR dont bother at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND VERY CROSS. My promise.... to tell everyone i know locally.

It was my first time using Domino's, the price we paid for 2 kids pizza's was ridiculous, and I tasted one of them, they were discussing, in future I'll be making them myself, and I certainly will never use Domino's again.

I ordered pizza for my daughter, never delivered. When my daughter called, the manager was laughing and called her a liar.

I called him myself and he had the effrontery to say same to me. I.e. my daughter is a liar! He hung up the phone and never answered again.

The delivery lady came back with another set of orders and she hasn't delivered to my daughter today.

You are lucky I'm far away in Kent, you'd have had to say that to me in person today. Silly adult frustrating a 14yr old because of what?

I'm getting a charge back from my credit card. Thank goodness, I only order from Papa John personally. My daughter will have to decide whether she wants to take this risk next time or not.

Great location lot of car parking great and very kind employers, and the end. Really delicious pizza. 100%

the worst Domino’s ever, tonight, for the third time, the pizza did not arrive, last time the driver got lost, this time they have delivered it to the wrong address. Kids have been sitting for two hours waiting to eat. What do we have to do to be able to order a pizza and have it delivered.

Picked up take away. Quick efficient service.

Ordered at 8:20 didn't arrive till gone 10pm. Stone cold. Driver said as it's been out for delivery for so long they will give full refund. Spoke to the store manager jack. Said thats not their policy and would only refund half. Terrible service. Will not be ordering from them again.
