Avoid at all costs they sent our order and half was missing and one cake was frozen and when i rang them twice as the first time they put phone down on me and they said they would not do anything about it and they said they send the order out cold as it would reach us cold because of the delivery people!!!!! Had to go through just eat to get my money refunded AVOID AT ALL COST disgusting

Not much to rate given the fact I pre ordered for when they opened, got a time of 2.40pm... it got to 2.40pm and I thought I would check to see if the time had been changed only to find they cancelled the order. No message, no email etc. Good service that... no wonder they have so many poor reviews. We won't bother trying again and this was our first time ordering and was looking forward to it...

Completely disgusting. Firstly came with the wrong ice cream for my dauthers cookie dough. The cookie dough was burnt on the outside and a gooey mess on the inside for me cookie dough shouldn't be like this but maybe I'm wrong. Whilst eating it I could literally feel my self biting down on sugar granules. Very disappointed and if your still interested then in ordering a pudding then I highly recommend snowflake but sadly they where closed today so had to settle to this state!

Burnt waffles. 1 hour 25min late. Forgotten slush. Credit for bringing it us and polite delivery driver no issues with her at all. Just the restaurant disappointed. Stuck to the box, dry and burnt chocolate. Went in the bin. Not going back.

absolutely disgusting, had "cookie dough" which was £5.70, turned out to be 2 cookies what you can get from tesco for £1, beuno cheesecake had 1 piece on, was still basically frozen, absolutely rock hard couldn't eat it, will never order from here again, advice anyone wanting nice desserts to go somewhere else!

Ordered first time last night,very short wait, Belgium banana waffle amazing as was chicken shish with salad, will defo try again.Have since been back as of 13th may what a turnaround,piss poor to say the least,there idea of a salad now seems to be maybe at most 1 chopped up tomato and 4 or 5 slices of cucumber and that's it,no mayo as ordered chicken was okish,the waffle well less said about that the better,for the money simply not good enough,plenty of Kebab shops do it better and cheaper,avoid at all costs.
