Lychee Valley Chinese Takeaway

We have used lychee valley for years and normally collect. Ordered at 5.20pm for delivery... at 7.13 I rang to ask if they knew how long our order would be as we were told 1 hour 15 minutes. We were told is would be with us in 20 minutes. At 8:04 i rang again to ask if it had left yet and was told it left and would be here any minute, at 8:29 I rang AGAIN to ask if the delivery man was driving or walking.....

Disgusting service, if they had have told the truth we would have choice to collect it instead of lieing every time we rang. Won’t be ordering ever again.

Never did turn up, good job we went to the chip shop....

Waited just over an hour for chicken curry and chips when we live 5 minutes down the road. When it eventually come the chips was reheated and cold like rubber wasnt even edible. Tasteless curry, been trying to phone back to complain for a good half an hour and they dont even have the decency to answer the phone. Wont be going back again. Not even worth one star but thats the only way i could post it.

We had been using lychee for 20 years but on this occasion the food did not turn up. When I phoned them after 2 hours of waiting they said they had not sent it out yet? At this point I told them to forget it. Ashame as the food is amazing this can't be said for the service not even an apology....

Been using these for as long as I can remember, purchased a takeaway tonight and it wasn't fit for pigs. Raw chips, raw egg in the omelette and chicken curry was disgusting. Phoned them back and no apologies just a 10% discount on next order. Time to find a new Chinese takeaway. I'd avoid is my recommendation. Had to leave one star as wouldn't let me leave none

? What on earth has happened? Always order from here, food always excellent. But tonight, I really don't know whats gone wrong. Food was cold, bbq sauce came out in one big glob you could cut it in half with a knife. No way was that chicken in the crispy chicken in peking sauce! As for the beef curry, have you changed the curry sauce?? It was horrible! Everything is normally spot on, but we've threw half of it away and feel ill . Sorry lychee but will be trying else where from now on, it was a disaster!

Honestly was shocked at the price n is n has always been my favourite Chinese

Wonderful selection and their spare ribs are delicious....from memory as I'm now a vegetarian. But they do have some great meat free options on the menu but their chips aren't the best, nice but lacking the quality of some of their rivals.

Ordered from here at 22:15pm food was delivered in 20 minutes. Would recommend this Chinese as the food was amazing, 5 stars.
