Icon Thai Nantwich

Despite what others have said about their website, it is not true. They do not have a website and it is most likely a restaurant down south with the same name that they have been trying to order a delivery of take-away from! xD

I have been a customer of this restaurant for a number of years, their food is always excellent and delicious - they do take-away, I have never ordered a delivery though as I live fairly local.

They are polite, trusting and very flexible hosts and take pride in their food and service - which is always incredible.

Great food. Good service. They even do take away now. Weeping Tiger and the grilled sea bass are our favourites. Good vegetarian options as well

Positively great Thai food. We had their early bird dinner. For only £11 each they offer an appetizer and a main course of your choice from a list of their curries and stir fry dishes. We tried the ginger mushroom and the sweet and sour dishes. They were ample in size, well cooked, and served on a bed of jasmine rice. No problem going away hungry. Also the spring rolls were perfectly done and very attractively presented. Highly recommended.

As a regular customer I have always found Ray and his staff exemplary in their service. The food has always been well cooked and well presented. The menu offers excellent choice. Changes add to the options available . Excellent.

So after changing its name from Thai Corner to Icon Thai it has changed hugely. It did start off ok but my last visit was horrible. The male owner did not care how he greeted people or spoke to them. No hello, please or thank you. Took ages for drinks and when asked a snapped response of they are coming. Shouldn’t have to wait ten minutes for drinks when only two tables where dining in the restaurant. The quality of the food has gone down hill massively. Cold Satay chicken and the quality of the meat was like it was not fit for an animal to consume. Dishes chucked onto the table and an attitude of eat and get out. It was 1900 so not even close to closing. I won’t be going back again and urge others not to go as well. If the owner can not even be pleasant to his patrons then why run the restaurant. The constant change of names is a reflection that they do not know what they are doing.

This is a Lovley restaurant! We have been with friend's and i can honestly say the best Thai i have had in nantwhich! Staff are very friendly and good at what they do! Food is amazing well presented and delish😋we will defenlely be back😄.

Always been a good restaurant.
However, tonight, we placed an online order for £60 of food, order accepted, and acknowledged. Ready in 25 minutes.
I get to the restaurant and its closed. Restaurant number on voicemail, and the other contact number is office hours only.

Poor show. IF YOU ARE CLOSED, SHUT DOWN THE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM!

Lovely restaurant, great service and the food was very nice and tasty. Was pleased with the whole experience and great value
