TJS Burgers And Alfa Kebabs

The best burgers 🍔 I have ever had the pleasure of eating, great value as well as very friendly staff.
However it makes me wonder how clean 🧽 the kitchen is? When you look 👀 at state of the entrance as you walk in, the carpet has ground in dirt all over it, one of the chairs is a accident waiting to happen.
I think it’s about time they spent some of the profits on the floor area at least, when I first went in there to order and seen the floor I nearly vomited 🤮 it looks like something from Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen night mares.

Worst take away ever they come to me before that was fine now we waited a hour and half then we rang they said it on it way typical as you do then 25 minutes later still no food then we rang up even though we are in the same post code
They said they couldn’t fine our address so the driver came back so no we waited hour and 50 mins for food we haven’t got. Even tho they came To my address before. No happy at all

Well the food was absolutely amazing and definitely great value for money... Very fr8endly staff and definitely will be using again

Not good, kebab was served with very old salad. I will be avoiding this place in the future.

If you can't serve a bit of fresh salad it makes me think about what else you don't care or pay much attention to.

People should avoid this place!!! Google their poor hygiene rating and don't eat there.

Very friendly staff, although they only take cash, nice hot food just what we needed, we will be back when in the area again! Please have chicken available! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Takes money online then can’t deliver wait 5 days for refund ....reported scammers beware

Very rude arrogant staff with very bad attitudes towards customers!!!

We rang to place an order for a delivery but they said we were banned from shop due to complaints in the past of how late there deliveries had been but I don't feel a takeaway delivery being 3 hour late in the past and not on just one occasion either are acceptable on any level when each time we are told 45 mins and only live 15 mins away!

They also lie when they say the delivery driver is on the way and then no one turns up im sure any customer would chase it up with them which they dont seem to like people chasing up late deliveries but then to actually ban you because of there errors is absolutely disgusting!!!

Reading other people's reviews it seems like we're definitely not the only ones who have had this from them which is even more shocking.

"How do businesses keep going with attitudes like this towards customers,without customers they would have no business its about time they realise this".

We would never go near this shop again.

Giving these a 1 star review but this was us being generous as they don't deserve any stars for there customer service levels and extremely bad rude attitudes!
