Flame Grill

Wish there was a ‘0’ star option. Went there last night to save my partner having to cook as she’d had a day from hell. Was told I’d have to wait 10 - 15 mins for the chicken shish, I understand that. But then to get home and open the box, this portion wouldn’t have even been enough for a toddler. There was 3 cubes in there, a tiny bit of salad was underneath a bag which had the pitta and chicken in. It looked like it had been attacked by a fox and I was so disappointed. I wish I’d taken a photo. Awful terrible experience and I will never return to this shop as it isn’t acceptable. I’ll find another one.
Don’t waste your time, I wouldn’t bother. Staff also seem quite arrogant, not sure what there issue is.

I quite regularly pop into this kebab shop late at night when home late from work. Service always seems to be good in person and the portions are decent. Just had a delivery through Uber eats and I genuinely cannot believe what was in the box. Barely half a skewer of meat and the tiniest bit of salad. Very underwhelming to say the least.
P.S I appreciate that restaurants (if you can call it that) don’t get as much money when ordering through Uber eats but if you’re going to rip your customers off with portion sizes over their platforms, don’t use them!!
I’ll be going back to the delicious, large portions from redhill kebab shop moving forwards!

The worst Kebab shop in Surrey, this is food poisoning central, the two times I have been there, I was sick as a dog after, and the staff are beyond rude. Avoid ths place to take care of your health

Ordered through Uber Eats. 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be delivered, I called the restaurant. They said my pizza was in the oven and that they were busy, but they apologised. That's ok. However, when I finally got my food, the pizza was cold but the chips (that came with it) were hot - so it can't have been the delivery guy's fault. I can only think that they had already made my pizza and it wasn't in the oven at all when we spoke. More likely it was sat on the side and forgotten. Shame, because the pizza itself was fine.

Shambolic tasteless food. Also saw a member of staff walk in and
started prepping pizzas without washing his hands. The staff are very arrogant and rude.

As a kebab goes... it is great, probably the best 'drunk' kebab you can get 4 stars because there is a more authentic joint in town. But it still slaps.

Service very quick, polite, food amazing, and when I forgot my coke, the gentleman reminded me, very impressed, 100% recommend

Very nice and delicious pizza and gill chicken, sauce wow recommend place.
