Domino's Pizza - Burnham on Crouch

Got the £6.99 first week any pizza special. Very impressed, will be having more for sure...
Another plus recently dropped min delivery charge to £12.49…

The delivery service was within the right timings so no fault there. However the standard of pizza is not the Dominos I have come to expect. In addition to this after selecting a stuffed crust option, we was then informed this wasn’t an option as the specific cheese for stuffed crust was not in stock. Along with missing dip sauces made our evening a terrible choice for takeaway. Won’t be going back, can do better at home

Useless is the word that comes to mind. Constantly running late. I’ve had an app up date to tell me my foods been delivered. A text asking me to review it and and email to too the drive yet no food. Call the restaurant and they tell me it will be out and to hang tight. My order is 3 tubs of ice cream.

if i COULD give this place ZERO stars, i would. I ordered, a gluten free pizza that was £15 ( i thought this was quite a large amount of money, for a dietary requirement food ), i was willing to pay this money as my child celiac, and he needed the food then and there, when my pizza arrived we thought all was well, we opened the box, and it looked like it had been HIT with a flame thrower, EDGES BLACK!! was barley edible, i wouldn’t even give this to my dog. I then called up dominoes to complain about the pizza, they reassured me and stated they would send another one out, it came within half an hour (the time they said). Upon arrival GUESS WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE. it was burnt. again. disappointed to say the least, i had high hopes for this place. Only for my thoughts to be crushed. NEVER ordering from this establishment EVER again, and i stand by that.

My mother received terrible phone service by a young lady who had a bad attitude (claiming to be manager), finding an issue with every question. Could not be bothered with any question. Zero respect. Zero passion for job. Clearly unhappy in private life.

Very good pizzas. Ordered 2 and both was lovely. Not bad deal too £20 for both.

Prepare the wait well over an hour to hour n half for delivery.
How can you call this fast food???.

Food usually good, but experience tonight awful. Ordered over an hour ago. No sign of delivery and app timescales and tracker not accurate. At order it said delivery time 35-45 mins. Phoned store after an hour waiting to be told it would be at least another 40 mins and some people waiting up to 2 hours. We would never have ordered if we had known. No apology at all from the store for the ridiculous delay. No warning from the store. App tracker completely useless. Still no food.
