Domino's Pizza - Shoeburyness

It said buy one get one free, and when I went in at collection it said £20 it'd very miss leading it should be taken down, they are a rip off

Spent over £100 on pizza, there was an issue with one. Spoke to someone and they said we couldn’t have a refund or a replacement and that was that. Forced me off of the phone.

I have never experienced such an experience.

I went in to dominos, with a friend. I was server initially by a woman who is possibly the rudest I have ever met. While she seemed young, a trainee(?) She was abhorrent. I asked for my food and was told to speak up with exaggerated sighs. When I went to pay, I attempted to use contact less, however my card did not work. I asked kindly for the machine and it was trusted my way and told "Go on then". I was disgusted, I went out then came back for my food, to which I caught the same woman giving me glares of hate.

I am a big fan of dominos, but this service makes me never want to eat here again.

Absolutely awful, the lads all putting the toppings on with there bare hands and lad with beard not wearing beard net , the so called manager talking to staff like dirt and not talking to customers much better , when I finally managed to get attention to ask if my order was ready , manager said oh hang I will check when he looked he said oh yes they just been done ,I said your a liar they been sitting there ready for ages , didn’t eat anything as was put off after them using there bare hands for toppings and no beard nets

I always find it costs a fortune to have a pizza night

It was Sunday evening. Very few other takeout options. We ordered the three large pizza deal (£9.99 each) via the website. Collection was available in only 15-minutes. The website provided a real-time countdown and I turned up on the dot. There are several pizza assembly bays separated by perspex screens along with busy workers all smiling. The last of the three pizzas came out of the oven just as I walked in. We had ordered a meat feast, pepperoni passion and veggie. All of them were excellent. The leftovers tasted equally good the next day. Highly recommend this location.
