Pap's grill

Ordered a half BBQ sauce half tomato sauce spicy chicken pizza. Absolutely outstanding!!! Jalapeno cheese bites were great too! Customer service was great from multiple members of staff. Have to say the chips were a bit of a let down but Don't let this put you off! Great takeaway, we will be back. Good job!

After feeling hungry from a long ferry crossing to Plymouth from France and the prospect of a long drive ahead we searched for some food we could collect en route from the A38.

Google gave us Paps Grill as it was only 2 mins from the A38 and offered the food I like ( pepperoni pizza ) and the food my son likes ( vegan burgers ). We telephoned our order in and 15 minutes later we were in the grill and our food was just coming to the counter which was perfect timing.

I wish we lived more local as we were very impressed with not only the food but also the cleanliness and politeness of the Paps Grill set up.

Top marks and next time we are on the A38 we will definitely call in.

Last week ordered a pizza and a burger, pizza was lovley and the burger was delicious. Tonight i ordered a kebab, which was suppose too have salad, slaw, chillies with garlic mayo. What turned up instead was an absolute state of a kebab, it was so dry, and it was missing the slaw and garlic mayo, and was smothered in chilli sauce instead, the pitta bread again was dry as anything and burnt and extremely hard too the point it felt like I was eating crisps instead of the pitta bread. Overall very unsatisfied with my experience this time round.

Our order for muddled up with someone else's but the staff where extremely helpful and friendly on the phone. They sorted out out quickly and efficiently. My God, was this flavorsome food. We'll certainly be placing an order again.

Ordered from here tonight and was a complete shambles and i wont be ordering from here again.
From the start i had problems, the phone call to order took ages as they forgot whats on their menu, went to collect at specified time only to find out they havent even started cooking. Messed up order , no cheese on garlic bread even though i double checked when ordering, no dips for nachos and pulled buger was a lump of fat let alone the under cooked chips and giant chunks of tomato on the margarita pizza. Drink was also warm... not great for a fizzy drink. Really disappointed as ivybridge needs more choice with takeaways. I would advise not to order from here. I cant find a single thing to praise.

Was very impressed with Pap's Grill. This is my new favourite local takeaway. First time we've ordered and we weren't disappointed. Loved the veggy chilli Nacho's. Will be ordering again!

Excellent quality hot food restaurant looks clean & tidy and staff are polite & courteous ready to help have used this place a few times and very rarely have a problem and if you do they are happy to sort it out to keep you happy a credit to the food industry keep up the good work. Also the girl on the counter was a good laugh and a pleasure to deal with see you again soon

Try the Ribs there Amazing, chips delicious, pizzas are superb my son tried but failed to eat all of it, (so big!) as good a domino's if not better. Really recommend this place, it was busy when I ordered but the staff handled it superbly, 5 star 🌟!
