Dixy Chicken

The girl behind the till needs to learn some manners, it is not okay and certainly she should not be doing customer service. I am a regular customer and after today I will no longer be visiting this store. "10 minutes" is all I got from her mouth and it was at push but was too quick to grab the money from me. Rudeness at his best. Ah not to mention the constant speaking their own language over the customer when placing the order. Just unacceptable

I asked for small chips and the lady asked the guy to do it … they were ready I don’t know for how long he used the spoon to lift the frizz to put them in the paper bag .., most of them went back .., because he missed the Bag …. Then he fill up the bag with his hand stain away … the fact I seen him touching my frizz with his fingers I put them right in the bin and left

Had children Wings to take away when I got home couldn't eat them as they were extremely salty .
It felt like eating salt !!!!
I put five stars coz the shop is clean , polite people. Service is great! Shame that the chicken was very very salty!!! .
Something needs to be done about it especially if the spices mix it comes already done from specific provider .hope this will be addressed. Am sure it will be a nice place.

Food arrived very cold, chips was hard, and over cooked with no warmth to them
Burgers was also cold with no warmth to them at all!
Phoned to complain and waited an hour to be re delivered (fresh hot food) on arrival of the 2nd meal was told by driver to get the 1st meal out of a dirty bin to give back to the driver and driver then fingered our new meals after I told him it was still cold! Refused to give refund, and was told by dixy chicken over the phone that NO refund will be given and that the 2nd fingered meal we have to eat as they will NOT deliver 3rd time round!
2 hours wasted, money wasted on a freezing cold meal. My friends and I will not be using again even being told that we are very highly valued customers.

Food arrived late & cold.
Ordered through JustEat and restaurant controls delivery updates - nothing given just an eta of 20mins slot. After that time called restaurant, no answer.
JustEat offered gesture of good will, restaurants doesn’t comply.

The chips were about the only nice thing the chicken has upset our tummy's and I've constantly been on the the toilet from it for the last week

Fliping waited over and hour for food and they keep lying. Ordered directly. Please don't order directly at all. The guys in shop chat sht. They said 15/20 mins. TRUST ME DONT ORDER AT ALLL GUYS

Reheated the chips it was so oily called up and told them about it didn't seem to care I will might as well call up the council and let the health department know
