Domino's Pizza - Rugby - Junction One Retail Park

The first review I've ever left, but this is needed!! The amount of times the food turns up cold is getting ridiculous, but what's worse is waiting over 2 hours on a few occasions, and they ignore the phones, you have no idea whats goin on, the progress thing in the app is never right, never using this place again!!

Conveniently situated in the retail park, means getting there and parking is easy.
Plenty of staff so you're not stood around for too long. Communicate clearly and well.
As for the food, it's Domino's. It's the same everywhere you go. Unless you go abroad

I thought all Domino's pizza's were supposed to be made equally but this is certainly not the case. I've just moved from the South Coast and my local Domino's down there, the pizza's are in a different league compared to the 12 inches of bland, below average, s**t I got given from here.
So disappointed because I love my Domino's or unfortunately now I am living here, loved Domino's.

we gave up waiting after calling 20+ minutes and status being listed as delivered after an hour - it was delivered 30 minutes after the status said it had already been delivered. Food was just about still warm, but won’t be ordering again

Well giving it the benefit of the doubt as it is a dominos but all three times the same experience, on the App it states the food is delivered and am still waiting 30 minutes later!!!

Considering this place is less than 10 minute drive away ( small kids can’t get out to collect this is why I pay for delivery ) they struggle every time and when you call always same excuse traffic? As I said it’s 1 road and about 5/10 minutes max!!

So here’s to the 3rd time we’ve had to have cold pizza

Yeah what you'd expect from a Domino's Pizza. This one only does collections. Remember that

Domino's isn't what it was. A tiny strip of a single piece of cheap chicken glumly adorned each slice and the additional ingredients were pretty scant. The "absolutely banger" was made up of cheap meats and both pizzas were very disappointing and vastly overpriced. We won't be back on the basis of this experience...

The last few weeks/month service has been very poor, we order once a week every friday/saturday and I can understand if they're busy but every time it's been a 1h30m+ wait for just a large pizza deal and we're only a few miles away. Tracker is useless and pointless, when calling the store every time I'm put on hold for about 5 seconds and then told can you wait 10 minutes?

I appreciate if there's a lack of drivers/you are busy but this isn't good service especially for the price you're paying for this yummy treat.
