Great to finally have a Mexican place in the area! The food is always excellent and the delivery is very prompt. Great selection on the menu and reasonably priced too.

Had chicken chimichanga, beef quesedilla and nachos. Everything was 10/10 and you could tell it was cooked and packaged with care. Delivery was quick too!

Food isn't bad. Always seems to be closed and unable to order. Tried quiet a few times and always closed... Just eat and on el japenos website

Was a bit underwhelmed with the "cheesy chips" but didn't expect anything else. The quality of food was absolutely brilliant. Best Mexican cuisine in wolverhampton by far 👌🏾👌🏾

I so wanted this to be fantastic and was swayed by other reviews however, it was far from it.

I ordered the enchiladas and a portion of nachos. The only flavour that they contained was spice and very little of anything else. The 'melted cheese' on top looked like it Primula squirty cheese which didn't add to the authenticity.

The nachos were a very small portion, with more Primula cheese albeit a very small amount topped with the usual sauces.

How would I improve it? Stop using cheap cheese knock offs and absolutely coat the dishes in melted cheddar or Mozzarella then work on making the dishes more authentic Mexican.

It would be a 1* review except that the meal was actually edible.

Fantastic Mexican food, with a nice bit of heat. Would highly recommend.

Decided to try for 1st time tonight.
Supposed to be open 5.30, tried ordering, gave up at 6pm.
