Ordered a delivery at 7:20pm when I was in London. By the time I was back in Godalming (9:10pm) the pizza was not yet in the oven and no one was answering the phone. I walked to the store and requested a cancellation/ refund. The store looked chaotic, with staff staring into space and nothing happening- production had ground to a halt.

I was asked if I wanted a discount next time. I said that there won’t be a next time. £22 for a pizza and garlic bread that takes this long?! Don’t risk it. Buy an oven pizza and a nice bottle of wine instead.

Ordered for collection, arrived at store 20 minutes later, app said order ready. Ordered two things.

They'd forgot to make one.

Waited 10 more minutes. No attempt to rush to serve it ahead of other orders. Other item by then had gone cold.

Love the pizza usually, but poor service and probably not going to use this store again.

The bloke who took my order was absolutely lovely pizza arrived boiling driver very polite and also lovely! Full bellys happy family thanks dominoes #the best dominoes we've had!!!

Decent pizza but staff (or policy) a little ungenerous. Made a mistake with our order and so needed to add another pizza separately to get the full discount. Called a few minutes later to do this but they wouldn’t help. Perfectly nice about it, but I can’t now get the whole family fed. In hard times for people, would it have hurt to help us out?

So my friend and I ordered two pizzas and desserts from here. We had it scheduled to be dropped off at 17:30 (was ordered at 16:00). At first, when the driver came to drop it off he made it to our road, before turning around and heading back to the store. After this happened my friend called them up asking what was going on and they said that they would send the driver and our food back out to us. When the food came for a second time it was already 30 minutes after we had ordered, and the tracking app had said that they had dropped off the food. After checking we were made aware that for a second time the food had not been delivered. So we tried calling again, at first they did not pick up but after 5 tries they did, during this call originally they could not find our order. Then when they did they told us the driver and restaurant tried to call us but we had no missed calls from anyone, in which they said that it must be due to bad service. After this, they said that they could remake our pizza so that they were not sending out cold food, but this would be another hour wait. In the end, we decided to get a refund instead.

I do not recommend them, as it is a lot of work to get your food and they do not respond particularly fast. The place seems extremely disorganised and very chaotic. Overall, was not worth the hour hassle just to end up with a refund.

2 and a half hours, no pizza, no answer from the restaurant.

Update: no food turned up at all, still no answer and the tracker still says pizzas are in quality check. At 9 months pregnant I could have really done with not waiting until half 10 at night to eat in the hopes my takeaway would turn up.

Went in in person to ask for a refund, manager refused to come out of the office and speak to me, asking me to leave my details instead?? Suprise suprise there's been no call. Luckily head office have provided a full refund instead.

I have no idea how this franchise is still in business, but wont be ordering again from here that's for sure!

Nope nope and more nope, got told 50% off if I collected (an order that was placed for delivery) , so I went to collect, and it was sent out for delivery . Pizza was cooked at 20.47 and delivered at 22.30. I want HOT FRESH PIZZA not cold sloppy cardboard tasting food. It's really not that hard to make pizza and deliver it in good time or at the very least ring customers and communicate. I had no qualms with collecting instead but I only found out about the situation when I called after wondering why it takes so long to 'quality check' my food on the tracker. And if they were 'quality checking' my pizza then they failed miserably at that too because it was cold.

I ordered my pizza for my daughter. I opted to collect as they had delivery backlog. I opted for 50% off when buy £35 above. I ordered one veg supreme and one chicken tandoori hot - both medium in size and one side potato wedge. When i was about to collect, I received only one puzza. The person showed me only one puzza order. I realised my order did not add one chicken tandoori hot pizza for some strange reason, may be timed out or forgot to click add. Anyway, i asked him to add. But he refused and charged me for the medium pizza. I waited for 20 mins. I repeatedly asked if this one they made hot and the guy said yes. When i reached home and opened, i tasted it was not hot at all. Really not a great experience and moreover got charged more. Really bad customer experience.
