Ordered with yourselves this evening food was cold and took ages to be delivered. Burger was raw inside (did ring up and was offered refund on the burger.) Chips are really nice but yet again cold. I didn't like the chicken although it was cooked perfectly, just to much flavour for me.

Ordered from here for the first time, as new to the area, and was not disappointed! The chicken strips were delivered piping hot and were delicious. The pizza was tasty and good value, also delivered piping hot. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Lichfield has had its ups and downs with Take Aways, from the expense of Lichfield Kebab House, and food poisoning from Millennium.

My partner introduced me to these guys as we are Chicken lovers and my god! The food is 110% and the price is superb!

The quality of the food is perfect, I always have a Chicken Lovers Pizza, with additions and an egg burger, and my god its amazing!

I recommend this place to everyone and anyone! You wont be disappointed.

First time we ordered from here it was amazing. Fast delivery and great food but the second time we ordered they had forgot our chips with our meal and that took another 45 minutes to get those (after waiting 45 minutes already for the order to begin with), when we called they said they would send them straight out to us. We live 5 minutes away. By that time, we had finished the rest of our food to avoid that going cold. So we had chips delivered but didn’t get to eat them with our meal?
Minor mistake and so we had decided to try it again and I think this will be the last time we order from here as the burger was way too over cooked, very dry and didn’t come with anything on it that was supposed to. It took over an hour and 30 minutes for two meals to be delivered, when I was told it would be no longer than 50 minutes. Called up around an hour and 10 minutes later to see how long, out of curiosity, and they said they were very busy which is understandable but that our food was on the way now. It then took another 30 minutes to receive the order. I live 5 minutes away. Just a lack of communication really and it was a bit frustrating.

We’ve had to wait almost 2 hours tonight for our order which said it would be 70 minutes. I had to call twice to chase it. I had to ask for the store to contact the driver and ask them to let me know what was going on because their attitude on the telephone was very much ‘we’ve cooked it and sent it and we don’t really care now’.
Food when it did finally arrive was warm, the chips had sweated themselves soggy in their boxes and what have you done to your mash it used to be lovely?
I’ve written great reviews for Crave in the past and highly recommended it, but I think your standards of food and service have slipped and this isn’t the first time we have had to chase an order.

Food is so much better then most takeaways. High standard. Have one at least once a week. Have tried alot of menu always satisfied. All packaging is recyclable. Taste of the food is outstanding. Just ordered now again 😊

Ordered for the first time tonight. Family of 6 ordered for and everyone was delighted with their food. Can highly recommend the burger selection and the chicken combo meal. Great value, very fresh and delivered a couple of hours after ordered as requested. Will be back again, well done to an independent local company.

Over the phone told £9:45 for pizza and £2 delivery and said it was £12:50? Delivery was on time but then they said it was £13:50!? Untrustworthy? But still the cheapest in Lichfield. Pizza had NO tomato puree on it at all. Like eating plastic, tasteless and not worth the order. Willn't be ordering from them again
