Awful service, last 2 orders arrived late and went in the bin, told by their manager if we did order again we would be “looked after”
Called to order the dunk it boxes, asked if in stock, told yes... asked about discount for subsequent bad orders, told they would call back in 5 mins.... 30 mins later no call back, I phone up to be told “no sorry sold out” asked for alternatives but also all sold out.
Well that’s it for chances.
Will not bother ordering from you again.
Waste of time.

Awful. Full of high hopes from reviews but left disappointed. Took two weeks for the manager to get back to us. Arrived late. Brownie wasn’t a brownie it’s like a cold dry cake (they even admitted to me that the brownie is more like a cake) so they need to update their website descriptions. Cookie dough ‘gooey’ option is not gooey it’s raw stodge. We offered for them to come and collect it to see but didn’t hear back. They ignored us for 2 weeks but I persisted and then they informed us they couldn’t do anything as it’s down to ‘food preferences’ haha. Worst customer service. Spend your money else where.

Unfortunately the only dairy free option (lactose intolerant) that I was offered was a milkshake with sweets.....not really catering for everyone. Wearing masks around their chin around food. I can see why people love it here, it's a great idea but its unfortunate about the options.

We made a mistake with our order by accidentally selecting collection, the manager and a colleague delivered after hours and gave us a free kids waffle, was super kind and food was amazing!

This place never fails to deliver the most georgous desserts ever, always prepared to a high quality, the hot cookie dough is to die for 🤩!

Delivery is always on time. Delivery driver was extremely polite. Its become our weekly treat after lockdown! Highly recommended. Thanks guys😁😁😁

Ordered yesterday 4/3/21 at 7:24pm, turned up 7:46 😋, a lot of people moaning about delivery times on here, I didn’t have that problem! Amazing quality, amazing taste, will definitely be ordering again. Ordered direct on the website for free delivery as the just eat delivery charge is £££. Recommend to anyone thinking of trying!

Birthday treat for my daughter. She thoroughly enjoyed her waffle filled with lots of naughty treats!! Marshmallows, iceream, belgium chocolate sauce amongst a few toppings..😋
My two young boys also enjoyed the waffles topped with belgium chocolate sauce and strawberries.. and a scoop of ice cream.
The milkshakes too are super dangerous 😋😋
Definitely don't calorie count if you are buying from here! Haha..
Although the food from here can work out quite expensive, it's definitely worth it as a birthday treat!!

Couldn't give zero stars.
Ordered 10 days ago milkshake missing from order (which took two hours to arrive) was told I would be refunded for milkshake in 10 days.... spoke to the manager today for him to say he would call back in an hour 6 hours later nothing and my number been blocked. Theives.
