Domino's Pizza - Sutton in Ashfield

Pizza was very tasty...I went for the mighty meaty and was sure mighty and plenty of meat. Not too greasy just the way I like it.

Not impressed I will never order from here again took over 2 hours to arrive and was only just warm when I got it. Didn’t enjoy it when it got here

Phoned the order through and ready for when we picked. The pizzas were perfect, still hot when we got them home and tasted delicious. Staff at the store were welcoming and friendly.

One of the worse pizza I ever had. Cheep, frozen pizza is better than Dominos

This dominos pizza only excepts card payments only. They do not except cash payments.

I gave 1 because I can't give less. Tonight my daughter attempted to place an order with the Domino's in Sutton-in-Ashfield. She put in her order and then whilst she was giving the card details the person taking the order told her to F...off and cut the phone on her. I then called straight back to find out what had happened. The same person cut the call on me when I tried to get an explanation. I called back again and a lady answered, I asked to speak to their manager and she passed me on to another man. I explained that someone had been rude to my daughter and wanted to find out why and that I wanted to make a complaint. He was equally rude to me and told me to go and order somewhere cheap. I was totally shocked by this behaviour. The man refused to give me his name. My husband went to the shop to try and speak to the manager but was told he'd gone home. All we wanted was an apology, because this behaviour is totally unacceptable. My daughter is 16yrs and has a slight lisp, I thought ordering for herself would help boost her confidence but this has really upset her and knocked her confidence. The pizza she was trying to order was to welcome back her sister from University, its damped our spirits at a time that's supposed to be joyful.
Needless to say we ordered from elsewhere and won't be using Domino's again!

Never ordering from here again. Me and my partner both ill after ordering pizza from here! Pizza wasn’t cut properly either so toppings just fell straight off

Ordered from this Domino’s on the 2nd December 2021 for my Lunch while I was on a Site I was visiting for Work. Ordered it in good time at the start of my Lunch break but the Tracker said it was in Prep for almost half hour so phoned them for an update. Was told it would be another 25 minutes before it arrived. Got the text saying the Driver was on the way so Google Mapped it and worked out it was a 12 minute drive. Phoned the Store again after another 30 minute wait from the text and was told the Driver was 5 minutes away as the online Tracker does not give the location in transit. It took the Driver 45-50 minutes to arrive in the end and when he did, my Food was cold with very sparse toppings on top of the Pizza. So over an Hour for my order to arrive and that point my Lunch was over. The only saving grace was that my Appointment was late so I had chance to eat it before they arrived of which I did not enjoy as it was cold. The Staff member on the Phone did apologise and was polite but just not good enough to receive anything more than a 1 star review. Would strongly suggest avoiding this Domino’s for Deliveries and wish I had checked reviews before I ordered.
