Very nice atmosphere, supermarket -cafeteria and soft playground together. Lovely concept.

Children's play area was disgusting and I don't use that word lightly.
Empty sweet wrappers and food littered all around the play frame, loose weight bearing panels that could cause injury to children, no proper padding on the metal frame of the ball pit, was not even there for the full hour as we had seen enough and left and the staff were more concerned with chatting and going for cigarette breaks than tidying the place, window sill thick with dust and uncovered plug sockets.
Owners need to have a serious deep clean of the place. Also, the coffee was the most tasteless latte I have ever attempted to drink.

Dirty, unsafe play area. The play area had a lot of stains everywhere and dust on the windowsill. This has obviously built up over a long period of time, this is particularly gross considering we're still in a pandemic. One of the climbing panels was broken. It's a bit worrying that a window is right next to the exit of the play area, one awkward slip/fall and a child could end up smashing into the glass. The coffee tasted awful. Staff too busy with their social life instead of doing their job, sat chatting and complaining about the rota.

Hello. gives 3 reviews because I have never gotten to a set of ketchup fries. even if I asked for it, I was told many times that I would get ketchup and did not receive it. in my opinion, you just have to buy it earlier in the store next door

Lovely food.
Generous portions. lovely as a treat and lots of different choices.
Lovely little soft play area £3 for hour.
Limited places in soft play so would recommend booking.

Nice cafe but coffee and hot chocolate isn't nice. No alternative milk options. It's very basic. You have to pay £3 to use the soft play area and we went at 10am and it was filthy dirty with food, wrappers, empty juice bottles and other things all over the floor and play area. Also lots of things were broken and unsafe for ant age children.

Food was filling and well priced. Had the chicken ciabatta deal, inclusive of a drink and a slice of cake for £11.99. Not packed with flavour but enjoyable. Staff were friendly too and gave a free Turkish Tea.

Was given wrong change, so as one should probably do anywhere, check, not an issue however.

Just went in for a smoothie. It was freshly prepared in front of me and it was lovely. There were people being served some amazing food and I wished that I'd planned to stay for lunch. I've eaten here before and it never disappoints. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease. They're also on uber eats, so if you can't be bothered to get out of bed you xan still enjoy good food. You should definitely try the Turkish breakfast, be ready to enjoy a superb meal.
