Domino's Pizza - Great Oakley

Have the cheek to start adding an extra couple of pound for delivery, then delivering someone else's pizza first while I watch it going cold on the map as they're the other side of town - completely not on. Last order ever, haven't ordered in months because of delivery fees being added.

PS: It's now been over 2 weeks and Domino's have left me without a refund, asking me to phone here, there and everywhere - and trying to avoid replying to the open PayPal case. Absolute nightmare company that I didn't think I'd be struggling to get a refund from. Further, the attitude of the staff has been horrific.

Got a call 25 minutes after placing my order explaining that I will receive a refund in 3/4 days because the app was wrong and they don’t deliver to my postcode! Horrific service. I’m now hungry and don’t have the money to repurchase another order elsewhere for 3 days!

Two foot tall European bloke gave me the wrong pizza because I went to collect it earlier than he prepared it (even tho the app told me to collect it).. terrible service.

The pizza toppings are sitting on told cold and raw. The pepper's are still hard! Phoned up to voice my concern, and the lady said well I can assure you everything is cooked,said sorry and hung up. I ordered a while ago and it was ok,but gone down hill now.

Pizza was not all that to be honest. Dominos have lost there touch on making pizzas. But service was good.

Best Domino's in the country I reckon! Never had a bad pizza from here

Ordered Pizzas and sides to take away. Food was amazing at a great price, staff friendly. Shop was very clean and welcoming. Plenty of parking.

Messed up order so gave us free chicken that they had cooked AND the correct ones sadly meant our pizzas were not as hot
