Domino's Pizza - Dumbarton

Totally shocking as I waited in the car for our food I witnessed staff open customer food boxes and eat wedges. Close the box and send it out for delivery.

Went in spoke to management and excuse after excuse was given. Won't be using Dumbarton branch again.

Shame our food was quite decent.

Using the Dominos app on both ( iOS and Android) is Super easy and convenient to order and pay. Most of the time you will get some really good deals ..
Over all Fast delivery and pickup. Pizzas are always fresh and arrived Hot . DELICIOUS 🤩

Ordered on app went in to collect and was ready just after I got there.

Great pizzas, expensive without using the deals so always keep an eye on the app for offers

Staff are really nice.... Very helpful and kind.

The pizza crusts are quite thick at this branch, wish there was more area of the pizza with toppings otherwise fantastic service and taste.

Ordered a pizza it was burnt , I complained n was given a code for a free pizza, The replacement was worse than the original one ! Never again !

Great store even if your late for pick up food is always piping hot

Used to love Dominos as you could rely on proper quality and fresh ingredients, but as of recently the carelessness is appalling, firstly couldn't place an order for over an hour and the website was adamant my card was invalid so phoned store as I knew it was the websites problem and was told it's going on and offline constantly, after finally managing to place the order the driver couldn't find my address even though there's a clear difference between the address on the other end of the estate, when I opened my pizza I noticed I wasn't given what I had paid for, which has been the case 4 or 5 times in a row now after thinking it'll be better each time, I phoned the store and made a complaint about the order and it not being the first time and was sent another pizza which was smaller than the original and never received the rest of the refund I asked for, throughout the two other pizzas that were included in the order none of them included sweetcorn but on the Absolute Banger there was sweetcorn pieces scattered amongst the slices, hidden as if they're too lazy to put together an actual decent, edible meal. DO NOT EAT HERE.
