Domino's Pizza - Llanelli

Placed an order waited over an hour for the food it said on the app it was delivered enjoy my food what a joke apparently the delivery guy couldn't find the address rang up to ask where's my pizza only to be told he couldn't find the address 🤷‍♂️ and a refund will take 3-5 days absolutely disgusting seriously gone down hill this place! Will update when and if I get a refund shocking......

We usually have a Chinese or an Indian take away on the wk end so we thought we’d have a change and have a Dominos pizza .ordered food and it said 22-27 mins for collection, got to the car park after 30 mins looked on the track my order and it said still prepping so waited 5 mins then went in to collect only to be told it’s still being prepped, so went back to the car , 43 mins later was told by text message my food will be ready for collection in 8 mins hahaha stick to my normal take away I think

Good food, great service and fast too

The pizza was of standard quality - similar to a shop bought pizza at £2.50 yet it cost 8 X more.
The order was also wrong, and the cookies burnt.
The app said the order was ready, but it was not.

Ordered in car collection, waited in the car until pizza was cold and went in to find staff unaware of how their own app works and not too bothered about the cold pizza

My partner loves domino's and tend to be here 'go to craving' and i used to be able to say the same. I am not sure as to why but the sides seem to have gone downhill with the chicken being pretty meh, the wedges are hit or miss cookies are sometimes burnt as well. I mean the pizza is good but not the best anymore. All in all pretty average

Lovely food, service not so good

Ordered a pizza, drove 15 mins to collect it, then drove home to find it had the wrong toppings and was covered in pork.
Its a big part of my religion that we cant even touch pork so i was pretty upset.
Called up and spoke to a man who claimed they didnt even sell pork and while i was explaining that bacon and sausage are pork, to a man who works in the food industry, i believe i figured out why my order was wrong.. they probably dont have many employees that can actually read.

But rest assured, the day was saved when the £20 in petrol was made up for by £3.99 cookies !
