Domino's Pizza - Cardiff - Penarth

Friendly staff and tasty food. I only ever call in at lunch times and wait for my food which is always ready within around ten minutes.

Wedges we still raw and freezing inside!
Pay good money for missing items and raw food for my kids nice.
Only positive was the delivery driver!

Shocking experience, pizza not delivered...manager at the site telling us we can have our cold pizza or a refund... Hungry kids get no dinner.....we are a regular customer... Never again, steer clear...

Awful customer service, very rude. Will not be using again, worst customer service i have had in years, appalling.

The pizza was good but i specifically asked them to cut it into eight pieces and they did not do it. The manager seemed friendly though and to be fair our order was ready very quickly.

I know the website does the whole “quality control” animation when you’re waiting for your pizza, but they might as well scrap it because there isn’t one, considering a lot of these products are pre made and only involve being heated up I’m surprised it can be so wrong, ps double decadence used to be good, now the quality is so bad I wouldn’t bother.

Management was rude to me on the phone yesterday and wasn't happy at the fact I complained about the food being horrible stay away from this place as they don't seem to care about customers and there issues as they think it's all your fault and say we don't have your order on our system and we need your phone number to trace your order even though you lagit just need a order number (excuse). even though I have proof of the receipt and email they sent me. 🙄🙄🙄 Stay well clear of this place as they have absolutely no customer service skills and didn't even apologise to me on the phone so they will not be having my custom again annnoyed is a understatement.

Brilliant service. Great delivery, pizza was still piping hot and and was perfectly cooked. Your delivery guy was courteous and friendly.
