Dynasty Chinese Takeaway

Never got to actually taste the food. Phoned an order for delivery, they could not find our postcode on google maps due to us living on a new build estate, gave the postcode of the next street but the weren't willing to accept that or even directions to try delivering to us and said we couldn't order. Very poor customer service!

Absolutely shocking !! Sweet and sour chicken balls were disgusting rock hard chicken battered soggy salt and pepper chips soggy !! Everything was just awful .. £26.00 for it all to go into the bin I will never order from here again.. also a hair found in my food !!!!! I'm surprised this place is still open I'm sorry to say it but the worse Chinese I've ever experienced by far

Not ordering food from here ever again it was disgusting chicken was like rubber sauce didn't even taste like curry sauce mushrooms was disgusting it felt like I was eating left overs it was that bad even my cat wouldn't eat the chicken I will be requesting a refund only giving 1 star as I have to give something didn't want to give 1 star will not be returning

I came here thinking it was going to be good but as soon I came into the shop I saw a young boy running round the kitchen. I couldn’t believe when I saw a child running round the kitchen the owner has no regard of the child safety.I will let the council know immediately that a very young boy is running around.

Shocked and in disbelief. I Thought would go and order a Chinese this evening was informed Dynasty was under new management so thought would see if the food was still at its good quality On arrival i was in shock to see a 3 year old boy running behind the counter and around the back kitchen area . This was not a great start upon entering Dynasty. However i ordered my take away I couldn’t help but feel concerned over safety issues as regards the 3 year old boy. it then left doubts in my mind as to the delivery drivers safety such has having correct Ppe and relevant insurancedeliver hot food to customers. Probably recurve cash in hand. Dynasty seems to need to address some issues immediately. I won’t be visiting there again.

An hour late arriving and delivery man obviously in a rush BUT the food was very tasty, hot and I couldn't fault it. Sort out your delivery and il definitely buy again

Bad really bad everything over cooked the chicken in the chicken balls was hard and wear hair nets as I'm bald so that hair was not mine!!! Ribs over cooked avoid this place
Right I'm off for a tetanus jab and anything else they can give me !!! WOW

Had chicken fried rice and curry sauce .Portion was big enough to serve two people easily.The curry sauce was outstanding ,a lovely unique flavour.Well done Dynasty for yet another smashing meal 👍
