We had chicken strips with wedges, two pizzas: pepperoni & margarita. Everything was very tasty and the pizza dough had a nice crunch. We received plenty of delicious dips for free. The garlic sauce was our favourite. We were served by young people on bank holiday Monday. They were polite, fast and well trained as our food was spot on !

A nice local pizza place, and part of the Domino-ho-hos brand.
My mate and I enjoyed a pizza here between pubs, abd really hit the spot.
It's in a convenient spot in Caldicot town, so you can walk, drive or bus to it and other local shops or attractions.

Pizza having quality check for 25 minutes, definitely going to be cold by time it arrives..
Cancelled order and won't ever use again

Very expensive but the food is decent. Glad to finally see vegan options opening up the choice for allergies and intollerances. Delivery is always fast

The food is Dominos so nothing to review here. The service at this particular one is hit and miss. I've had some pizzas that don't look great, but mostly they look how they should. To be fair, in a fast food franchise like this, the staff turnover is probably high, so quality is going to fluctuate.

It's Domino's what's not to love 🤷‍♂️ Like most Domino's it's staffed by "kids" I guess the minimum wage being cheaper for under 21's means your £15 pizza, made for 80p can be done cheaper, and when your paying bottom dollar that's what you'll get...
Anyway the food is good, and the service fine. I'm reviewing this store based on more that one experience, which sadly is inconsistent. You can order online for a specific time only to be waiting an extra 15 mins after the alloted time in the store, and because only one person is allowed in the store at one time makes it impractical to wait.
Also order accuracy can be a problem, with it being either short of an item, or having the wrong toppings. As someone else has mentioned, they are very lenient with the toppings here too, the one pizza we had last visit, had about a 40-50mm "crust" or missing toppings all the way around it and very sparse in the way of other toppings.
All in all it's fine, I could choose another franchise local to me but it's all the same franchisee, so it'll be similar in quality.
More attention, competence and training required.
Though they have always responded well to any complaint that has been made.

Been told delivery service not available at TY Hotel. Shame tonight a domino s driver from Caldicot brunch just turned over with pizzas for someone else. I have driven for 10 miles back and forth and I have paid the exact same price as I would have had it delivered. I called the brunch and the manager was not able to deal with a customer complaint as nothing else as a little excuse was offered. Not recommended, untrained and unprofessional staff
