Emma's Pizza & Kebab (Swansea)

Waited 3 hours for a delivery and only delivered half my food to my food turns up witch is inedible... Ordered with Emma's at 6:21pm half my order came phoned them and they sed they would cook fresh one of the chips and curry was sitting in my kitchen from 7:30pm ish the other turned up at 9:11pm look for urselfs if u think it looks fresh... Will never be ordering from Emma's again and will tell everyone I know to stay well clear if u want fresh and edable food

Waited 2 and a half hours, chips were soggy and under cooked as well as being v. Small portions considering we ordered large. Burger was burnt and donner meat was awful. Rang to complain to be told "ok cool" by the staff member. Will never go back again!!!

Used this place twice whilst on holiday in pontardawe. 1st time was take out pizzas and second delivered kebabs (because they looked so good whilst waiting for pizza!). Both occasions food was spot on,exactly what was ordered and staff in the shop and the delivery guy(sorry if my GSD scared the life out of you!) very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Asked for a chicken shish kebab and a portion of chips.
Ended up with meat over the top of chips in a box no pitta bread …. Hardly any sauce.
Weirdly they also don’t cook the shish in front of you just appear from the back with the meat🤔
No impressed won’t be going back anytime soon ☹️

Asked for separate salad and sauces. Waited an hour and salad and sauces in with the kebab which ruined mine cause don't like one of the sauces. Asked for lamb donar and chicken shish and ended up with lamb and chicken shish and to finish it off luke warm. Not impressed and will probably not use again as seems to have gone downhill.

Absolutely rank, tasteless, bland super thin pizza. Chips cold and like rubber. Won't be ordering again.

Random service and last 2 times have not turned up with food and charged for it would avoid at all costs in this area
