My food took 2.5hrs to arrive. Made it just before I went out. I ordered breakfast but it ended up being lunch. Wrong order arrived and it took an eternity for the right order to get delivered. Ignored calls when trying to get through to them. Refused any partial refund or compensation for the horrendous service and to top it off, the food was cold when it arrived. I understand busy periods but a certain level of service and professionalism needs to be maintained to stay in business and keep customers returning. Shocking service and I will not be returning.

Ordered off just eat. The food arrived late and soaking wet from the condensation, probably because it had been sat in the bag for ages. Because of this, my egg and bacon bap was completely covered in tiny bits of the brown bag and the bread was soggy. The chips were cold. And the scrambled egg was brown. The only saviour for this was the milkshake, which was actually really lovely.

Picked up 3 medium breakfast and they were the worst breakfast we ever had. Raw bacon, overcooked egg, black rock hard toast and tomatoes was like tomato puree. No mushrooms which are advertised on just eat so breakfast completely different on there than if you order one in cafe and pick it up. Definitely won't be coming back. Everything chucked on top of each other so didn't even look appetising

Extremely friendly, great customer service and excellent value for money. Stopped for a bite to eat and it was one of the best breakfast rolls I’ve had in a long time. Will be stopping here again when I drive back down. 10/10 thanks.

Was send the completely wrong order and did not replace it as they shop closed straight away and didn't answer phone. Complete waste of time.
