We waited a while for our meal and their was a mistake with the food but rang back and nothing was a problem. Had a fresh one sent out straight away. Still and is my favourite place for food great service👌👌 thank you.

One star is to high, there should be an option of 0⭐️. Ordered food, arrived late. Driver lied that there was no contact details on the order, call taker at CHANs basically called me a liar on the phone. Checked my order and it had my name, phone number on it.
So, the driver could not be bothered to call once it was delivered to the hotel. Food sat in reception for 1 hour.
Hotel reception said the driver came in, place food on the counter and said he didn’t know who it was for.
Food now ordered with another restaurant, delivered, hot food and friendly driver who phoned me to say my food was with him in the reception.
Please avoid CHANS to avoid being let down.

I wouldn't recommend Chans to anyone!! They used to deliver their orders on time and today ordered some noodles. First of all, they delayed the order by an hour and now instead of two rice noodles one was delivered. Terrible service and totally UNACCEPTABLE!!! The lady on the phone who answered was also rude!

Second time now ordered early and had to wait over 2 hours for delivery when told 45 minutes, food great but they seem to struggle now with deliveries will not use again shame

1st time of ordering from here the food turned up pretty much cold and the bbq sauce isn't very nice or thick and I ordered a portion of chips that I never received it wasn't very good for the price

Wouldn't event bother.
We ordered food before 5, had to wait 1hr 30 for our food. Called at 5 to 7 to ask where the food was and said it would be delivered next. It was sat in the store for 20 minutes before we received it. I called the store to tell them our food was cold which they questioned us and refused to believe they delivered cold food. Very argumentative, told us food would never be delivered piping hot and refused to solve until we said we will come back to the store to prove it (which goes against delivery). Took the food back to the store for further questioning and poor customer service. The woman on the desk said 'we will recook it this time' as if the food wasn't cold. No refund on delivery or even an apology.
Would not recommend.

Absolutely shocking experience. As a family we have a Chinese most Fridays. On Christmas Eve we decided to try Chans for a change. As there was a 2 hour wait for delivery I ordered collection. When I arrived they could not find my order. After about 20 mins of searching, and being both questioned and accused of not ordering from them they found my order in the delivery pile. At that point it did go straight to the kitchen and was ready in about 10 mins.
Tonight we decided to give them another try (recognising that it was Christmas eve previously and they were very very busy). Order was for £30. Food arrived swiftly, however we discovered the chips were missing from the order. Phoned straight away and was told they would send them immediately. 30 mins later we had finished the rest of the order and still had not received our chips. I phoned and asked them not to bother sending them as we had finished our meal, so there was no point. Was told they were on the way. Explained several times that I no longer wanted them as they were 30 mins after the initial delivery. Was told to just send them back with the driver. Asked to be refunded and was told that they were unable to refund any money (for a product that I had paid for but not received) as the owner was not there and was on holiday!!! Despite pushing this issue it was a point black no and tough! I was asked if I realised it was a Friday night and they were really busy!! They were extremely argumentative on the phone and could not give a damn!! Absolutely shocking customer service on both occasions. Will never order from them again!! And I were you I wouldn’t bother either!!

The actual noodles were nice, very hot and tasty, I had prawns, squid and muscles but it was swimming in oyster sauce, more like a rahmen. The reason I give this 2 starts is the extremely rude faul mouthed joung lady serving, no interest in helping or showing any customer service. After listening to her moan about the customers, her boyfriend and using bad language I decided to take the food and my 2 kids away and finish our meal at home. When I asked her where I could put my rubbish when we left she told me to take it outside as their bins were full.
