Domino's Pizza - Newport - Chepstow Road

Three times I've ordered from this Dominos three times they've gotten the order wrong

Chicken Feast with no chicken why would they do that to me ?

A Meatilicious ordered without ham and
with garlic butter and chorizo
delivered with original toppings , boo 😔

Not good .

Overall a 3/5. The thin crust Italian base was thick, toppings were in short supply, the way it was sliced was horrendous and not in proportion. They forgot the sauce which comes on top of the pizzas and squirted a fat dollop onto one slice instead. Some slices had literally no toppings. Not great I must admit. Will stick with Newport Pizza Hut from now on. Staff and food MUCH better there.

I must say really good Manager, he knows his jobs (Excellent customer service skills). Very nice pizzas, I would highly recommend it to everyone. Always on time. I was so happy with the service so I decided to write a feedback. I hope this helps others to decide so they can enjoy nice food.

Sadly a terrible experience. Incorrect order delivered with pizza missing. Houseful of hungry people, driver called the store and advised fresh pizza delivery would be 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later no pizza. Called three times and nobody answered. Finally got through and spoke to someone who really needs to understand customer service. It was not my mistake and whilst operational things happen out of your control at times deal with it and don't make excuses and blame everyone else, just own it and put on your big boy pants and apologise. A customer shouldn't have to remind you to check your attitude and shouldn't have to tell you to apologise. Again assured pizza would be 10 minutes. 90 minutes after my initial order still no pizza. Call back and still not ready. Funny 10 minutes. Eventually got a refund of the missing pizza and they delivered luke warm pizza which is really unappealing. You completely spoiled our evening.

As we live close by, the walk-in deals are great. We never have any issues with food ordered from this store and always have a positive experience!

Ordered loads recently (too many). Gave me what was obviously someone elses pizza once, was still OK. Every other time fine

Ordered online to collect as the delivery time was too long. When I went to pick up my order they couldn't find it. When they did find it, part of it was missing. After being reassured that the rest of my order would still be warm while they made my missing pizza, i waited 20 mins for them to complete my order. Got home and the rest of my order was not that warm. Avoid this place if it is busy.

Nice pizza and delivery was really fast. No mistakes either which can be really overlooked until it happens.
