I have ordered from this place numerous times. And not once has my food arrived in the time that is given nor has my food been warm let alone hot. Always tells me its stuck in quality check but there is no quality when it comes to the value for money in this case. You pay a great deal of money for food that is cold, squished and extortionate in price. I had a bad meal just a few days ago which was again cold and waited over an hour for. So I rung up the store and they told me I could get a voucher. So when I rung up to my disbelief the dude that supposedly put the voucher on my account had not done that and therefore all a shambles. When asked what can be resolved he simply couldn't give me an answer. Won't ever be getting food from here again.

We arrived to find several people waiting for their orders, but for over 5 minutes, no member of staff appeared to take our order. The phone was ringing constantly and my feeling was that the 'buy one, get one free' offer for collection is a myth as no one is able to place an order in the first place. We walked out and went elsewhere.

Recently ordered for collection, was stood around waiting at the counter despite several members of staff being in the kitchen that had clearly seen us, order was placed on the counter with no further communication! Not a goodbye, enjoy your order, have a good evening etc etc. Half and half pizza ingredients were strewn all over each side with no care to even attempt to keep it to one side. Poor service for a £40 order.

Worst dominos pizza I have ever had, it’s cold, clumps of cheese you can just see. I will give -star if I could. Never ever will I ever waste money on this place. Why get a franchise when you can’t follow the original.

Well presented, very tasty.
The offer was a bit confusing.
We got 2 large instead of 2 medium pizzas, as we were in a bit of a rush we didn't have time to sort it out.

Ordered over an hour ago, pizza tracker says delivered. Rang restaurant to ask what’s going on, put on hold, then told that the manager had been spoken to and my order will be made now and be on its way. It’s only a mile away but the question is, where is my original order? Ignored as I’m in a hotel? Or stolen? No explanation at all! Very poor customer service!

Orders consistently incorrect, sometimes not even vaguely correct, poorly cut, small portions and the garlic bread is often so poorly topped you have 1 slice with everything and 3 with nothing

Twice they have got my order wrong. Ordered a farmhouse (medium), got a tandoori. Missing sides. Phoned up, said it was my fault.
