Ordered 2 LARGE portions of chips&cheese from here at 9:25 ordered arrived at 10.25. We opened the food all excited as we were both starving, first mouthful it was cold. We were so hungry we continued until my friend bit into a half cooked chip! Rang up and reported that our food was cold. Then through their generosity they insisted on sending out fresh, and then offered a side, and we agreed to have onion rings. 15 minutes fresh food was brought but no onion rings? So out of confusion we rang again, and reported we hadn't received the onion rings.. They laughed and thought we were pulling a fast one and basically told us where to go.. Absolutely appalled!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was shocked at the customer service I was given. Firstly , I had order two portions of chips and they were not cooked properly which don't get me wrong happens to the best , but my biggest issue was trying to tell them about my complaint. The staff hanged up on me 5 times after being spoke to horrifically with disrespect , being very rude and arrogant which got me very annoyed. Although , afterwards I had finally got hold of the manager which did give me a refound. However, this shouldn't be happening.

Delivery speed was good but food wasn't great. Burger not too bad but had mint sauce which I didn't ask for. Chips were awful half cooked soggy mess. Wouldn't order again

Would give 0 stars but oh well the pizzas tasted really sour. When I phoned to complain the manager on the phone spoke to me like dirt. After explaining the problem then said it wasn’t his pizza it must of been my pregnant wife who thought it was bad. The tomato pizza sauce tasted like vinegar and we actually thought it was mouldy just from the first bite. Never ordering again. Pathetic.

Food has been cold now on more than one occasion. Today was also bland and my wrap had bones in it. Won’t ever eat from there again unfortunately, used to be nice but has really gone down hill.

We love the food from here we order from here quite alot. Food is always cooked to perfection and the delivery people are always polite which is a bonus 👌😁
