Domino's Pizza - Gorseinon

Amazing service, food was awesome, speedy service, great menu (compared to our still limited choice in England) 😁

Now had several pizzas delivered from Dominos, and without fail, they have been extremely disappointing. My brother ordered the most recent one, and my 'mixed grill' had very little taste. I assume it is because the bases are mass produced in some mega factory somewhere with absolutely no input from a pizza artisan to impart taste and individuality.The garlic bread is laughably bad...mostly a bland crust with very little garlic butter in the middle. I am never getting a Dominos again, and everyone that does is just paying good money for a very poor, inferior product from a faceless multinational that really does not care about providing a quality product to their customers.

Worst pizza I’ve had for years, one dry and one burnt. Delivery on time and nachos very good. Shame.

First and last time burying from this domino's.
1st pizza had basically no puree was dry to eat.
2nd pizza was burnt .
Stick to the kebab shops up the road.

We went here to get the so called Tuesday two bargain only to find it wasn’t a bargain and the price was exactly the same as any other day.
Even on the counter it had the menu saying buy one large pizza and get one free which was a load of rubbish.
Never going to go to this rip off establishment ever again.
They ought to be reported to trading standards for the misleading advertising.

We use them quite often, but last night was the worst we've ever had. The stuffed crust had ballooned I er the slices, and the toppings were very poor, with hardly any tomato base. And ordered one extra garlic dip, and BBQ, but no BBQ dip. £35 wasted, not impressed!

regularly buy but not anymore. They are unable to deliver to any timeframe we waited two hours, not the first time so late we cancelled as no longer wanted it. no customer service skills at all pityful and didnt seem to care at all. they had a number but didnt bother to ring last time using dominos. good luck if you order from here!!!!
one star as you cant give less

When I placed the order over the phone I was not asked for my name so had no idea when I walked I. To collect if my pizza had been ordered. I was also advised they don’t accept cash! Cash is legal tender and should still be accepted. When I got the pizza home it was as if someone had put their thumb through the pizza! If it wasn’t for the fact I live in a village they don’t deliver to, I would have taken the bloody pizza back! It’s not worth phoning as when I was there someone had phoned about having burnt pizza delivered the duty manager was very arrogant about their process, so knew it would fall on deaf ears. Won’t be using them again.
