Filla Pitta

What a waste of £20….ordered for collection. Asked for our kebabs to have the sauce put in pots as it makes the pitta bread soggy…they wanted 80p per pot extra 😡 he said he would do me a deal for 50p per pot so and extra £ not to pour it on our food! The garlic and cheese pizza had NOTHING on it just a base! Waste of £4 threw in bin after one bite and spat it out. Hardly any chicken and was BLACK and burnt! The salad was fresh the rest was substandard. The worst we have never had….will stick to shogun in future!! Very poor and disappointing as first visit.

This place does not look the cleanest on arrival, but, I have to say I very much enjoyed my kebab.

Absolutely delicious, wonderful, great kebab I have ever tried!!! So, so GOOD! Came all the way from Cambridge to try it and it was worth every single bite! 5 starts!!! Keep doing what you do and you will always have lots of happy customers. Also everyone who works there are super friendly, helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Called and ordered food, asked could it be ready in 5 mins as I had food from elsewhere in car, woman said yes no problem, as i arrived my order wasn’t even started! Terrible

Disgusting I had pizza for my kids tea no taste so bland they could not eat it had chicken with potato bites all bone ordered a mint dip like water supposed to have had 3 cans of drink which was with the 2 meal deals only had 2 and they put in a greasy slice of garlic bread I didn't order stay away from this place I used too order from them regularly and the food was good must be new management yuk ...

Went in for donor meat and chips, asked for well done chips-crispy ,, had hard frozen anaemic ones , and the driest old meat iv ever had and lettuce on the turn

Would give zero stars if I could! Use to love ordering from here as their vegan options are good. However my order was delivered and wrong, they then rectified and re-sent it out but it was then missing multiple items. The food also arrived stone cold. Attempted to talk to the owner and he was nothing but rude and condescending. He told me if I didn’t want to “make a deal with him” then he didn’t care. Extremely impolite and rather unprofessional. Refused to refund us even though we wanted to return the food, as it was basically inedible and over an hour and half late! We had to call multiple times and in the end he hung up on us. Definitely do not recommend. By far the absolute worst customer service I have ever had.

Have been a regular customer for 14 years and have never had a bad order; staff are friendly and helpful, food tastes great - and is always hot !!
Have had pizza from many places but this is still my favourite!
