When I asked you where it stated your policy you looked in your immediate vicinity and failed to mention the door, which was fully open at the time. My compliant if you read it, is regarding YOU and your lack of business acumen and customer service skills. The fact you personally attacked me and tried to judge my parenting, feeling your establishment was a safe place to leave My child, and also of the belief it was a coffee shop. Not lime I was leaving the premises. But I will take that, I was a fool to believe my daughter would be safe in your presence. Thankfully you have banned me so I will take my money elsewhere. Thanks

Went to use the sunbeds with my 11 yr in tow. I requested to use the beds to which i was met with "who will be looking after the little one" I asked was she not allowed to sit at the seating area? The owner then moved his body and gestured at the array of alcohol he has on the shelf I shrugged and he said we have alcohol, i pointed out that pubs have alcohol and children are allowed to sit at tables. He said very condescendingly that it was his policy. I walked out at this point. however this is not the first time he has spoken down to me. I went back and demanded a refund, he initially refused. I became extremely annoyed at his lack of customer skills and his condescending manner. I received a refund and was barred. That's fine though because i would not recommend this place to anyone. I previously took my child for a haircut and it was awful. If you like this place then that's great but the owner and 1 member of staff are absolutely vile . The place stinks of unwashed dog too. There was no signage to say that children were not allowed to sit at the table whilst parents use the facilities. AVOID***

Shanice was my stylist and she was fabulous. The place is quaint in a cool way. You want to hang out all day! Just a great experience. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting an extra bit of pampering. (They have such a wide array of services, it's a crime not to take advantage.)

Just wanted to say that kriz and the team at urban oasis are so very accommodating, knowledgeable and I always feel as though nothing is too much trouble. Kriz in particular is always so friendly and welcoming and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my beauty! Kriz goes the extra mile in many ways and today she surprised me with some beautiful flowers as I get married on Saturday! Such a lovely unexpected thoughtful gesture which was so very appreciated! Thankyou kriz, you and your team excell in customer service and I would recommend the salon to absolutely everyone! X

Really friendly, welcoming, nice,clea and a relaxed environment,,the best sunbeds in town.. good value for money.

Had my lashes done not too long ago, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The salon was clean, tidy. My lashes lasted well over a week but the only problem was when it came to me removing them, (And i know I did so correctly as I have been trained in the exact cluster lashes used) either too much glue had been used or they had been applied to too much of my natural lashes which resulted in a large portion of my natural lashes coming out aswell as leaving gaps.

Have had my hair cut here since it opened but today had a back neck and shoulder massage best ive ever had and have tried expensive ones now booked wax treatment on hands and gel varnish for next week

Most unusual hair & beauty salon I've been in and it's just brilliant! Clever use of space sees the salon stretch back from the fascinating shop to offer a huge variety of services and more planned apparently. My hair was cut and coloured by Jasmine. Fantastic results, completely thrilled. Highly recommended. Ask for a consultation first, learn where to park and have a cocktail with your haircut!
