Friendly staff, lovely clean salon, sunbeds are great and priced at a good rate. There's parking all around the shop which is handy. Over Easter they gave away free malteaser bunnies to their customers which I thought was a lovely gesture. Will continue to use these sunbeds for the entire summer.

Amazing Place Best in Harlow. Been using Shakatan for a few weeks now and have the best colour i've had in years. Staff are friendly and informative too. The beds are all new and very powerful giving you a fab colour. Wont be going anywhere else. Vanessa Swinge

By far my favourite sun beds in Harlow! The staff are always so welcoming and friendly and always give great advice on the creams available. Also gives me an amazing colour after use!

The place is lovely, girls are lovely too. The beds are very clean and I always see a difference in my tan unlike other tanning salons. On my way there now lol

I'm very disappointed, as was regular there for last few years. My minutes from the course disappeared, after checking history in the system lady told me the dates and minutes I have used, like 18 minutes, 15 minutes etc. Never in my life I have used 18 minutes I would be burned. Clearly I haven't use my minutes from the course, but her explanation was " with this way we can owe you 6 minutes" Wow, really? cheating on minutes from the course?

I always love coming here. The girls are so friendly and professional. The beds are always clean and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shakatan.
