Yeah wax isn't great, far from perfect. Had to have it redone two days after at a different place. Even though the girl was really sweet, staff definitely needs more practice within the area

Tried this salon a few times for a wax and attention to detail is very poor try and rush you in and out is quite pricey as well wouldn't come back.

Staff very welcoming and friendly, only had a lip wax but felt comfortable at all times! I recommend it

Wouldn't recommend for lashes. Staff didn't ask what style lashes I would like. Very painful experience as my lashes got glued together multiple times and to top it off, very underwhelming results for the poor value. Very expensive as well as painful hour and a half. Eyes were also left irritated.

Used to use regularly for underarm waxing, and the girl I saw was both professional and lovely. However, when she left for maternity leave I had more then one bad experience with other members of staff who caused me discomfort and even pain when being waxed. The first time was with a new girl, who my regular beautician later tole me had jist qualified and it was only slifht discomfort so i never complained, however, when the salon was kind enough to fit me in at short notice before my boyfriends graduation, the young blonde girl I saw this time used roll on wax which was not hot enough and pulled at my skin on application. She then struggled to remove the hair because the wax wasn't properly applied and had to go over the are serveral time's leaving me bruised and in agony. I asked if she was new, willing to make an allowance if It was just down to inexperience as I'd never seen her before, but she said she had worked there for 2 years. The hair had snapped rather than being pulled out and I had to pluck the rest myself when I got home. It was a very busy week for me and I thought I would treat myself despite bring skint as this should have been quicker and better than doing it myself but I ended up unable to sleep that night and extremely self conscious the next day wearing a sleeveless dress to graduation. When the bruising and discomfort had taken 3 days to heal I plucked up the courage and went in to complain. The girl who had waxed me was there and she denied there being a problem at all despite her obvious frustration at the time of waxing. I showed pictures to her and the older lady and they suggested that I may be allergic to the wax. I'm not prone to allergies and have never had a problem in the past, this was obviously bruising from going over the skin again and again but the lady who waxed me didn't admit anything and the other seemed to be uwilling to believe me. I was offered no apology or admission of what had actually happened. This experience left me utterly dissalusioned with their customer service and really ruined graduation week. I won't be using them again.

Great place! Wonderful staff. Very helpful and friendly. Tanning beds are amazing. Highly recommended for occasional or several times tanning. All the tanning lotion needs as well.

Very welcoming service blonde lady who did my eyebrows was brilliant 5 stars
